First vote out I haven't called correctly in 8 episodes. Picked both that would be sent to fire, but thought Lydia might have won it. The editing is way too predictable. Bring on the merge, might shake things up.

Just glad Phoebe is still in it, my favourite from season 1. But it's hard to see them not vote her straight back out again.

Just on the subject of predictable editing. Flick one of the greats from season 1, still with 0 confessionals basically means she's 0 chance of winning. Surely they could have given her a few by now.

Not sure I understand what Mat was thinking there. Seemed to be pitching Harry to go at the end and then didn’t vote that way himself.

Also confused about Flick. Seems she is openly canvassing not voting with her alliance ... maybe she’s trying to not just seem like she’s going along with everything from the bottom, but she’d have to be a candidate for them to turn on her first?

Some of Flick's comments did seem a bit odd - good way to put a target on yourself. Knowing the poor editing, they were probably made in a different tribal altogether though.

Hopefully Phoebe isn't stupid enough to give the idol to / use the idol on David. Even telling him about it was stupid - keep it to yourself unless you get busted.

Some background information that I should point out from what I read om Flick's Twitter and Harry's Instagram.

Apparently last Wednesday tribal. Harry and Flick had a plan to vote out Brooke (meanwhile Mat was pitching Locky or Brooke to everyone). Harry, Flick, Shonee & John were all on board for the Brooke vote. Mat was the last to be notified of the vote. Harry pulled Mat aside in the middle of the night to tell him about the Brooke vote. However Locky caught them finishing their chat and Harry had assumed Mat went to dob him in to AK so Harry had to go into damage control.

Flick says they didn't have the numbers because Harry had changed his mind last minute. But had she kept the vote to Locky... he would have been out instead. (However that would have killed the tribe in all challenges so I'm glad that didn't happen, but should have been Brooke)

Part of Harry's damage control was probably putting himself up for the 2 votes tonight just to keep Locky happy.

Flick knows she's on the bottom of her core 4 alliance due to her blindsiding Brooke in season 1 and which was probably why she was in two minds tonight on how to vote... She was still probably trying to make a move with Mat but again didn't have the numbers. (Which probably got left on the cutting room floor)

I definitely feel they have stuffed up Flick's edits this season. She was such a great player in season 1... her downfall which was also her most memorable moment from season 1 was voting out Brooke 1 tribal too early IMO.

I still love watching the golden god in action. Such a shame that he couldn't be reunited with the godfather at the merge. They could have been a great power couple.

I just read an article saying that at the start of the immunity challenge Mat went to Dave and said 'i'm out if we lose, I need help' and that Dave tried to help him out by throwing the challenge... If you recall Mat's team got a big lead when Dave struggled with the rings and the poles... the plan was ruined by Nick being so damn good at puzzles!

One thing that I would like the Australian Version to change is that they split the survivors into 3 tribes rather than have 2. I just think that with more players than the US version, quality players like Mat Rogers don't get the chance to make the merge due to the many people they have to eliminate just to make merge.

His best play now is to vote Phoebe off so that he can keep his 2 idols a secret, teaming up with Moana until the merge and then team up with his old tribe members. He can use Locky as a shield to ride his way to final tribal council.
Lol actually there is a flaw in that plan... if Moana blows up Dave's plan by telling everyone about him being the mole when they got rid of Daisy. But I'm sure Dave can somehow twist it into his favour.
