Forgot about that one. No it was not a tie, it was a twist when two tribes went to tribal council and each tribe voted someone out and the two who got voted out went to fire to earn their spot back.

David had to save himself in the event that the 3 girls came together to put 3 on him and blindside him. If he still had that 2nd idol I believe there was no way he would have voted for Tarzan.

I think Dave wins the next two immunity challenges and takes Sharn to final two because Sharn has basically lost votes from the jury when she stabbed AK/Shonee/Brooke at that the vote one.
Gee you’ve got a good memory! You’re right about the Phoebe/Mo one, that makes sense - thanks very much.

I liked that challenge today, although missing a real puzzle. Obstacle sort of like challenges like these are more thrilling like tonight than say... a challenge like standing on a pole for 5 hours.

Exactly ... more suspense, and a better challenge to watch/follow as it proceeds. It also required quite a lot of different elements.

Brooke doing well here. Interesting that she’s able to convince both the other ladies that they can’t beat David. Sharn is actually decent at quite a few things, and Mo was a competitive athlete ... plus most people think they’re better than they are, not the other way around!

Wow Sharn is actually burying herself right here... just stop talking... she's just making it worse for herself right now. No chance to win this game.
Yeah couldn't believe Sharn was biting so hard. Was literally no need for it at all.
Thought Mo was very calm and composed (even if the edit didn't have her respond to any of Brooke's allegations), which made her come out looking better than Sharn did.

Out for a walk with my kids earlier, I was tellig one of them that it is Monday (They have already lost sense of what day it is with no school or sport on weekends) and my other kid yells "Monday, is it really Monday?" "Yep" I reply. Kid replies back with huge smile on his face "That means Survivor Final is on tonight. Yay!!!!!! David will win, if he doesn't win the others must be cheating."

One of my friends saw Mo the other day, she wouldn't give away who won though.

...David has to win surely.

Not a huge fan of the current US season, again. Too many twists, and most of the ones I wanted to win are voted out already. Think that's it for me for the US series now.

Sort of feel bad for Sharn - final 2 twice, likely to be 0-2 for winning. Could be wrong of course. Still think David has almost half the jury votes locked in already by the way Sharn played.
I agree, I find it hard to see how Sharn wins from here. I think she’s made a number of errors along the way, and both David and most of the people on the jury are pretty switched on - so I’m not sure she can talk her way out of them.

I think David spoke well there. Not as compelling an argument as Sharn’s given what he had to work with, but he managed to bring a lot of individuals into it. Sharn’s was pretty much all about her.

Think Sharn needed to be decisive and make a decision straight away. Didn’t like the hesitation.
That 25% chance of getting AK's vote would be looking pretty good right now.

Sharn blew any chance she had big time there. David wins easy, wouldn't surprise me if it was unanimous.

Edit: 8-1, close enough. Well done to the Golden God!
