Fwd line is so uncertain, ive got no confidence in anyone there.
Fyfe, harmes, reid, macrae, wilson, laurie. Darcy/mannagh
Certainly a interesting line this year given the majority won't pick key forwards in the forward line , actually hope we don't get too many mids getting DPP , might make it a more interesting season.

I have toyed with Lynch at F1 along with the 5 other similar price types , Reid at F1 , now don't mind Daniel & Moore.

End of the day rookies dictate our final starting sides/structure so who knows what that might look like by Round 1.

Until then we can just tinker , tinker , tinker

Side looks good btw

Thanks mate.
I can always swap steele for a premo in the fwd line, I honestly don't see any off them ave over 100 maybe macrae. Rather beef up the mid and def where the scores come from.

Agree with this 100%
ATM im running with 12 premo, none which are in the fwd line since i see no value there at all. flanders is probably the one who jumps out at me but i will get him post bye.
I will go in with 4 early bye players.
gawn and grundy i will trade them out on there byes to marshall and English hopefully english has gone down 80k by then and grundy has gone up 80-100k.
FOMO with daicos and im going green with his 2 easy games and then trade him out for walsh/miller.
12 premo, 3 mid price and rookies im running with.
I don't think in Rnd 3 you'll want to trade Green to Walsh. In rnd 3 you want to jump on a currently unknown MP al la Texas after 2x130 or a missed rookie. I know I needed more than 3 trades to correct my rabble last year.

Jackson and Flanders for me.
I can't see the logic of picking a back up ruckman/fwd for 550k.... at that price there is so much more value out there. Flanders has been in and out of my team. He shows real value, its his bad bye round that is discouraging. If he comes out round 0 and scores 110
Im sure he will make his way into my team. Till then his someone i can watch and see.

I'd thought about doing the same but ditched the idea because there's only a 50-60pt gain, start neither of them, save a trade and upgrade into them (depending on main bye structures)

I think by having green there you can trade to someone who has came out on fire. Someone like a amon/crouch and with rest of the cash a MP you missed like randomcliche mentioned.
It gives a few options to strengthen your team.

I had my eye on starting Curnow this year, but their bye destroys that idea. Wouldn't surprise me if he was no. 1 forward at the end of the year.

If Amon and Martin were a little cheaper Id probably be more interested, just a little unclear what the realistic end goal is there, if we dont get a 105 defender isnt it essentially just a nothing pick? Think its a fairly big ask for either to hit that mark, first real seasons as defenders in sides with quality backs already and both are very good wingmen in their own right.
100 as a D6 is fine I'd think. Lots of questions at the Hawks is the problem. Does the Hardwick forward experiment work? Can CJ play the whole year on the wing? Does Weddles run and carry impact Amon?etc

Sitting with 12 premos/keepers
Daicos, Sicily, Young, Bont, LDU, Brayshaw, Parish, N.Martin, Marshall, Grundy, D. Martin. Flanders.

Depends how N.Martin sets up I have visions on him being D4/5/6 by the end of the season with a positional change in the offing.
