Anyone holding Jordon and Fyfe this week?

Yeah certainly.

One averages 63% CBAs, the other plays West Coast.

Both have breakevens sitting below their lowest score this season.

I really don't understand the urgency to trade.

Yeah I don't want to start upgrading to premiums just yet (and probably can't afford it anyway) so reckon I'll hold. A Jordon spike game against WCE will make it tough to trade him out next week. But at $345k it's not like he's going to restart big cash generation.

You upgraded to Steele/Sheezel right?

Yep, at the moment it's Sheezel due to structural reasons

Yup! I'm banking on 130 from both ;-). I'm boosting to undo 3 of my 5 trade ins this season. My Pink stink, my billings blunder, and my hurt Hore are all goneski.

Hard to know. There's already talk of Lobb being traded from the Dogs. Darcy seems to be their future along with JUH.

Possibility of getting Dempsey, Darcy and Brown/Draper with a Boost. (Reid Z still on bench.)

I probably need to look at the rookies coming up in the next couple of weeks...

Thanks, leave Sexton? Suppose I can see how he goes in the GCS VFL on Saturday and see if he may be on the cards for a return. If he doesn't play so well, might use the trade before Sunday for a King or Brown on Sunday

Only concern I have is the 3 dead rookies - Sexton, Reid, and Coffield. Feel as though it is wasting money.

3 Options I am now considering

Option 1 - Sexton, Fyfe & Fisher > Darcy, Whitfield & M King - will mean I have to take Howes as I have Coffield & Reif

Option 2 - Coffield, Fyfe & Fisher > Darcy, Steele & Draper - means I can use Sexton as a loophole this round

Option 3 - Sexton, Fyfe & Fisher > Darcy, Martin, and M King - means I take Howes again

option 2 IMO, better value will ensure you can upgrade to a premium easier

Dempsey and Darcy; and Draper or Brown (Boost)
or
Draper and Brown; and Darcy or Dempsey. (Boost)
or
Draper or Brown; and Darcy or Dempsey. (No Boost)

Probably the second one makes sense given the defence situation....

Sort of wish I didn't have the day off, as I'm going to end up in analysis paralysis before too long.

not worth bringing in both brown and draper. only bring either in if you top hv 6 playing in def. there're better rookies coming and also dpp for roberts/mckercher

I boosted Fisher to King.
I think a boost is worth it this week for rookies, if replacing dead ones or if youre covering a doughnut as i was. I'm not a fan of rookies who've already had a price rise, because you know their cash gen is lessened a lot, but can understand why people are going for Dempsey and Brown.
For me, value in order is Darcy, Draper, Dempsey, Brown. But then I'm ranked like 20,000, so what do I know 😆

I only have Coffield of those. Taking Howes's 46 and riding Coffield for the best 18 rds, then will look to Clohesy/Graham, best available rookie via McKercher/Roberts, or ideally upgrading to a def premium to forget this whole sorry defensive rookie business.

Oh and the best part is Zach Reid will be due back around that time

Yeah, good point re DPP, as I have Martin as well (if he can keep up something like last weeks form and tidy up a bit).

I've committed to one of them though, as I traded out Hore, so it will be one or the other.
