It seems @Diabolical is not just good at cricket fantasy, as he top scored for the week and moved to within a point of the overall podium with a very strong round. @quite ironic and @T-Rex complete the weekly podium.

@xanderdom had a strong weekly result to extend the overall lead from @frostylane and @Athomas.

Shout out to @Beijing_Sting who completed the double of last here and first in lock and load. Only having 13 scoring this week probably doesn't help things.

My table was wrong. I forgot to adjust for the 2 Bailey Williams which FootyWire spells exactly the same way.

@toxic top scored this round, ahead of @Deeman1 and @Athomas.

Overall, @xanderdom continues to lead, although @Athomas has cut that lead significantly, moving up a spot to second. @Diabolical manages to hang onto third overall, but there's a few just behind, with the battle for the final spot being very tight.

Round 7 Results:



@Diabolical wins the weekly again, narrowly beating out @Stephen247 and @T-Rex.

We have a new overall leader too, as @Diabolical's strong recent performance sees him overtake @xanderdom in the overall standngs, @toxic rounding out the podium at this stage.

For all those struggling, I guess it's good to know that even former champions are finding it tough, with @wogitalia placing last for the round, and @Wheedus 4th last. It's a tough comp to do well in regularly - even our usual high performing Cookie Monster team is only mid pack this season.

Apologies everyone, as I mentioned in the cycling comp, I'm extremely busy right now for the next couple of weeks. I'll provide an update when I can for overall standings, however it won't be this weekend as planned, and as I'm most likely working next weekend, quite possibly not until the week after. I'll definitely update everything when I get the chance, and things should get much quieter at work after these couple of weeks for the rest of the season, giving me time for these comps.

Thanks again to Beg2Differ for the weekly scores for the last few weeks, and well done to Eagling and Raaraab on the weekly wins respectively. I'll credit all podium spots in the weekly summary updates as I get to them.

I will leave that up to you. I really appreciate the tables you have been providing, both when I have been updating and not. It's more than I ever expected anyone to do, so thank you very much.

As mentioned, I'll likely not be able to post these next two rounds (Rd 10 and 11) until afterwards, but will be back on board after that. If you want to provide an update over that time, it will definitely be appreciated, and I know our scores usually match up.

@Diabolical still leads overall with @toxic moving up to 2nd from 3rd and @T-Rex moving up to 3rd from 6th.
