Very tough to settle on the bottom four. Considered Rydz and De Decker due to the possibility of a Matchplay qualification if they go on a deep run with Wade fixtured against Smith. Taylor and Baetens have served me well before.

Did have Price over Dobey but then switched to Dirk in that portion of the draw, hoping that he can recapture some pre-injury form.

On that note, once again watch out for the Czech Republic. Both enjoyed great runs in the UK Open with Karel Sedlacek exiting in the fifth round and Adam Gawlas a semi finalist. Yet to make it past the first round at the World Cup but expect that change very soon.
Failed to get past the first stage again last year but no excuses now with the dream group.

Lithuania unlucky to miss out as I have currently favoured China instead and thus will mean no exposure to group E. Want no part of Group L as I wouldn’t be surprised to see them all finish top of the group and hard to make a compelling reason to pick one over the other sides. Sweden as a dark horse for a deep run. Czech and Poland for captaincy duties as both look to have easy draws which should bode well for registering two comprehensive wins.
