As someone who owned Langdon in a keeper league for a few years until this year, I can tell you that he has always had an extremely high time on ground, but seems to hold around that 80 average. He is a classic winger and it can come down to which side of the ground the game is played. He is capable of a 120, but just as capable of following it up with a 40 the following week. He is the type of player that you would ideally be wanting to loop off the bench given his high variance, but I wouldn’t be paying $400k for that privilege.

His comment on the current tackling situation. If there is one thing you will never get from the AFL it is clarity. A Dill is clueless but he does know he must do everything to maintain that scenario.

I'm not sure what is unclear about it. If you tackle someone and they get concussed, you'll almost surely get suspended. Seems simple enough to me. Or it should be. Ignore the part that it depends who the player is who tackles though, if they are a favourite player they are a good chance to get off. The same rules don't apply to certain players apparently.
