Feel like I'm going too hard too early but at the moment looking at:
Webster, Curran, Brown, Khan -> M Short, Bazley, Turner, Thornton
Looping Bazley (BAT) and Stoin (BWL). Option to trade out Turner to Joel Davies to prep more for round 3 or a donut if Stoinis goes big. Leaves me with 8 (7 if Turner goes) DGR this round and 3 (4 if Turner goes) DGR next round before trades.
Not sure I like trading out Curran but feel like I need to keep Seifert and don't want to miss the Short 3FA + half century game that is surely coming this double right??? Would prefer to trade Zampa instead of Brown. May still do that if Stoinis goes big tonight and I need a 0.

I think an 8/3 split across round 2 and 3 is a bit too skewed towards round 2. There will be some strong players in doubles in round 3 and I think a lot will run deep in that round. Loading up on weaker round 2 doubles at the expense of round 3 is very risky.
Is there a way you can do similar trades but hold Curran? That helps your round 3 problem a little right there, and if you do go Davies over Turner, you'd be close to a good split before trades going into round 3.

Yeah this bit is the concerning part:
It is anticipated all those non-playing Test squad members will be free to play in BBL games on Friday and Saturday, but not Sunday. That isn’t official yet, so watch this space.
Be nice to know who's in the squad sooner rather than later!
And to add, SMH reporting the Australian selectors toying with the idea of Inglis replacing McSweeney at the top of the order.

Massive shoutout to Ben from honeyball for fixing some technical issues overnight that I have been experiencing with the website recently. Couldn’t be more pleased with his response to the matter.

Very messy team structure that does not allow me to loop this week, so i will need some luck. Amongst all the info i didn't realize Clarke was going back after RD1, thought he was here for both double round games, now with the Allen injury ........arhhhh
So no loop this week, currently thinking Tye or Doff, but big chance of one getting rested.?
Overton will surely play both games, then i have Connelly (POD) Captain also waiving at me.
Final decision, and my question to the members, who do you assume is a better chance of not getting rotated in the Strikers bowling assets for RD2 & 4.?
Boyce or Thornton. Matt Short is planed for RD4.

Round 1 team:
Made a real blunder taking Clarke, almost any WK option would have been better (and I did have a good look at Pierson too...)
Now in order to unwind it and get halfway decent players in for this round I've gotta drop at the very least Webster (which might be the right move anyway if there's a change to the Test team) and possibly another high priced player. Even with a boost, though, I can't get up to Dorff and Overton...
I don't mind this actually though. Getting the extra Sixer now probably means I don't need to boost in round 3 (surely he comes in for Hughes right?). Connolly could also be Tye which I think I'd prefer for an extra piece of the Scorchers bowling.

I just dont like the sacrifices you have to make for Short, requires jumping off good players with a double to come and more money to make, trading in multiple cheap assets with either role or international duty concerns (Bazley,Konstas,Doggett etc.) and fading a guy like Behrendorff who could go massive himself.
