Possibly, I brought in Morris, so could reverse trade to a Brisbane player. vs keeping Morris who could get 150 from 2 games?
He could do. He’s probably more likely to get 100 though, which could be matched or exceeded by (say) a Heat or Sixer next round.

Essentially you’re shifting a DGR player from this round to next - ie no net change in DGR count - but locking in a big SGR score in the process (77 is higher than you could expect anyone other than Short to score in a single).

If there’s a comparable or better player to Morris at a similar price, I’d be closely considering that trade.

I agree re Bazley’s bowling but not sure it makes sense to drop somebody who didn’t bowl a ball for another who should bowl 3 or 4. Who loses those 3 or 4 overs from tonight?
IMO opinion Dogget for Scott, Lynn for Bazely, you end up with a stronger batting line up and also a stronger bowling lineup than the team they played tonight.... Seemed a good pitch for spinners tonight.

Are there any? Spencer Johnson maybe, but he must be close to playing?
He’s the main one that comes to mind. There could be a Sixer replacing Abbott if Abbott plays R2.

We’ve also had some late changes/selection surprises, so there may be someone we don’t know about yet!

Sutherland, Dorff, Connolly, Abbott, or Zampa at this stage. Have Wood and Wildermuth as possible loops if need be, so don't have to make my decision yet.
I would definitely take 46 over Zampa on recent form. Worth watching Abbott’s selection as well, albeit I think game order would allow you to bring Zampa back on for Abbott in the event the latter isn’t selected.

Yes that certainly could happen however Scott only bowled 1 over himself. For Doggett to come in they would need to drop one of their main bowlers I think and I am not sure who that is. Thornton has bowled well and they seem intent on playing both leggies.

I

can move Salzmann onfield and place a Brisbane or Sixer on the bench.
It looks like you may already have Dorf from R1 (so he wouldn’t be a trade update), but hopefully you have someone else you could consider updating.

Jack Edwards has a good role, is a nice price point with DPP, and could make you a bit of cash this week if you were so inclined.

3/385 Short (7 SI)

Still not entirely sure how I want to go about this week, Morris was pencilled in although based off how my emergencies went I'll probably have to pick someone else on the bat line.

Only got the the 4 doubles currently assuming Richardson doesn't play his second game so expecting a dip in points this week but have 6 doubles next week ready to go. Feel like round 3 will be the big mover with lots looking like they went heavy in Strikers and Scorchers.

2/266 - Overton (6 SI)
44 per SI

Traded Webster to Scott last minute and plonked him in the Flex position.
Finding it hard to keep up to date with all the INs and OUTs so decided to sort out my team tomorrow.
Only the 2 Strikers (Scott omitted for now) so will put my faith in the Scorchers bowling attack for the round.
