Is this the most rain effected BBL tournament in history?

Can’t recall so many games being washed out or reduced overs

I think it's the least affected in history. How many games is it now just two for Sydney teams?

I think that was the first one that had scores count

Think there was 1 in Brisbane but maybe wrong

Or the one before? I can remember a season where there were a few rain affected games and also one, I think in Canberra, which was abandoned because of smoke from bushfires.

Also have Warner on the E with 42 and might need to take it depending on teams.

Assuming they don’t risk McDermott and Jordan then they have just 14 fit/available players to pick from.

So it’s possible they rest three players with Dooley, Gannon and Ward getting a run.

Was reversing warner and green in and out up until about 5 minutes before lock out. Also had edwards looped on the bench at one stage but decided not to trade him in. Feel super lucky no play continued after the starts of Edwards and Warner, had the potential to ruin my round early. Still got all 3 emergencies that can be used.

I reckon the best of that bunch, all things considered is probably Harper (assuming they keep him at opener).

Especially if the Canes rest Meredith, there's no one there to blow his front pad off. Should be good for at least 10 batting points!

Yeh not the worst and saves a trade. He is due another 30+ runs on history.

Also remember if you have a 0 at E from this game, you can put a second E on the same line and get that one instead.

1/42. No captain selected yet. Once I saw that play was starting on time I took a punt on a game occurring as a bit of a POD and it backfired. At least the one I chose to put on field (Warner) wasn't a disaster, but the upshot is I have no Es now and a lot of money was spent on some of them (e.g. Smith). I do have all three trades though and no VC or C used yet. My VC would need a very good score though, as I would be copping a donut to loop them into the captaincy position.

Edit: By some fluke I didn't E Abbott. I would have been very annoyed if he did anything, because it was a pure mistake I made while I was out. But anyway, I do now have an E to use!
