Thanks for making this mate. Unfortunately i was 290 rather than 362 after the first 3 games. Hoping one of our fellow SCS members can take it out over others in contention. I think JFM owned by a few others around us could be a deciding factor
This is what I’m concerned about. 5,6,7,9 all had him. Hoping some either couldn’t take the E or didn’t E at all. 7th also had Scott.

Aha, thank you - the plot thickens!

I think the scores @7/11 and I were comparing may include some early scores from this game ... may make it difficult to nail down precisely where everyone is sitting!

It looks like you may need a big second innings from Maxy to run down @Miller is a Steele ... although at least he's the sort of player you wouldn't completely rule out from doing it!

Congratulations either way, to be in the hunt this deep into the season is an awesome achievement. Hopefully you can finish in the cash!

A lot of things would have to go right for them to catch the points they need. One of them could have captained Ellis or burnt their captains on someone else.

Honestly, you’ve done as much as you could do picking a brilliant captain and also picking the right players throughout this round. What will be will be, but you’ve played it masterfully and I’ve enjoyed following your team throughout the season.

Edit: Stoinis could end up being your trump card in keeping you up here. Not many have him in the top 10.

Yeah I was surprised with Stoinis being in so little teams. I guess some may have tried to anti-POD him. I would’ve considered doing that myself if they batted second. Just got a wicket but unfortunately at the expense of Wade. Very dumb shot.

Fingers crossed Stoinis bowls at least another two overs for an opportunity for wicket and economy rate points.

Personally hoping Chaudhary bats through the innings so I don’t rue the Maxwell miss so much. Getting those couple of boundaries helps!

Edit: spoke too soon!

Seems like it may be a thing recently to lose your first 5 matches of a season and still make finals. Hawthorn started the trend, South East Melbourne in the NBL did it as well, Stars might join in too - if they don't choke.
Mighty stressful being a fan of both at the start. (Hawks and Stars that is) 🤣
