Trying to find value in most positions and inevitably my CTWs will be really cheap. Im thinking the flex helps this strategy slightly as CTWs scores are generally very volatile so im happier to go cheap this season and hope 3 of my 4 starting can score decently on any given week. That may still be a big ask!
Im loading up on FRFs as i just dont trust the unproven options. It has annoyed me in the past when i pick a cheap FRF or 2 and they stagnate at an average of 30 because they arent getting the minutes required. In saying that, Hunt and Amone are on my watchlist. JFH and Utoikamanu i think have upside at their new clubs.
I think there is merit in going with bargain 2rFs too which is what ive done.
Halves are locked and loaded & FBs are too!
Thoughts would be appreciated.

Definitely an interesting strategy going that hard at the FRF position but as said by many others, teams take time to gel at the beginning of seasons and that usually leads to low scorelines, less blowouts and in turn lower sc points and CTW is probably the position that suffers the most because of it. However there's usually a few CTW guns that go off early on e.g. Mulitalo, Lomax, Holmes who had hot starts last year and having a way to get these guys early without picking apart your team is definitely something to think about. Having at least 1 gun or even a semi premium (500-600k) player in CTW is probably safer in that regard.
Now onto the picks, won't talk about the guns much and will just mention whatever news has been passed around so far before TLT.
Purdue - Talks about Laybutt firming for round 1 posted by Joel Gould on Twitter so I'm not sure he'll get that centre role unless there's a injury setback or he pushes out Vailea. Also in a 3 way battle with Duffy (Queensland cup halfback of the year) and Clifford (minor hernia surgery) for the 7 jersey as well.
Mclean - We're all hoping he gets the nod ahead of his brother Casey but how likely is that, will have to wait for TLT.
Toia - You'd assume Billy Smith has one centre spot on lockdown and the other spot is between Pauga, Toia & Nawaqanitawase. Quite a few people on twitter saying that Nawaqanitawase is the front runner but I'm not sure how true that is, not a bad option to have as a 7th CTW though since he'll get gametime as soon as there's any backline injury for the chooks.
Gordon - Was keen on him at the beginning but does he even start in the Titans backline or continue getting experience in the cup? One to keep an eye on, especially if he gets the goal kicking duties.
Derby and Ramsey - Don't think they start round 1.
Ipap - Great option if he starts on the edge, must have if he starts on Cleary's side. Really hope he doesn't become a bench rotation middle
Gilbert - Wait and see for anything Dolphins pack related, minutes share between JMK, Plath, Gilbert is key, hopefully we get an idea during the trials.
