I think the consensus right now is that Duffy is a pretty risky pick so most are shifting to double gun halfbacks and having to get in Iongi. However Walsh would be my pick for a 3rd gun fb pick behind Turbo & Ponga. Has good matchups in his first 8 games, plays 5 at home, about 50k undervalued considering his HIA game last year where he scored 1 point and the main reason is probably that he's electric and exciting to watch

Went through the archives and found my round 1 team from last year and boy, that FRF and 2RF selection was terrible. Somehow feels like we have too much cash this year.
I've never really rated Tuilagi, but I really thought based on the minutes available and the fact that he'll be running off Moses, that he'd be a decent option.
But wow he was diabolical tonight. Hard to put into words how poor he was.

Wasn’t great last night, 8 missed tackles is a lot. But tbf, he’ll still likely get the mins you were expecting with Lane said to be out till round 4 recovering from o***eason knee surgery (NRL Physio) and he still hasn’t played with Moses (foot soreness) yet this preseason. Maybe have a look at Tallis Duncan around the same price range if you’re not keen on him anymore.

Easy to say in hindsight but we tend to focus on the bad. Fermor,Henry and May were successful. As always it’s how long you held onto the good and how early you got rid of the bad that determined how you went
Tuilagi hasn't left my team all preseason. From sc playbook:
"He’s priced on an average of 44 points from 51 minutes per game in 2024.
In six games of 70+ minutes last season he averaged 65.67 points per game.
If he locks down an 80 minute edge role there’s value to be had."
