I’ve not played in a few years. There wasn’t 40 trades, boosts and Bazingas. How did it pan out last season? Was it common place sideways trading to the early bye promos or just the traditional cow slaughter approach? I’m not asking for the correct approach, just trying to figure out how these extra trades effect things.

In my humble opinion the boosts allow you to make more cash and finish your team quicker. The extra trades allow you more value picks as they can be traded up to a premium once the team is complete. The extra trades also give you more chance of keeping a few for the run home. Sideways trading premiums is still a bad idea.
