It’ll be disappointing if we don’t finish in the top four.

Aaron Black. He had a few injuries so if he can step up and take a lot of pressure off Drew Petrie, that’s what we need.

Yes.

They do, but Chang is easier to get

They certainly do IDIG as I've bought them myself at Dan Murphy's for around $40/case. I recall seeing them at ALDI for around the same price and they had a special where you get a bonus T-shirt as well!

Some helpful info on the big issue....

Essendon will be restricted to recruiting players who have been on AFL lists in the past two seasons should any of its squad be suspended by the League's Anti-Doping Tribunal.
The AFL has released a statement pertaining to list concessions for Essendon to field a team in the NAB Challenge and contingency plans should any Bombers be suspended for the premiership season for their part in the club's 2012 supplements regime.
In principle, the Commission agreed that:
- The EFC may sign temporary playing contracts with any player not currently on an AFL list but who have been on an AFL list in the last two seasons;
- With the exception of their own VFL listed players, EFC is restricted to signing a maximum of two players from any club.

Surin Beach is lovely. They have a nice Twin Palms and a great bar on the beach. My favourite place in Thailand.

I suggest people carefully consider small sample sizes when considering what players to select.

For instance Jackson Merrett averaged 94.75 in the first four rounds last season. If he did a season ending injury at the start of round 5 his average would have dropped to 75.8. He would have been given a further discount for this season for only playing 5 games and I'm sure some people would have talked him up as an under priced premium. In reality though he went on to play 14 games and only averaged 59 for the season.

I reckon nearly every non shutdown player that plays 50+ games will have a 5+ game period where they score like a premium that won't reflect his future scores. e.g. Jeff Garlett averaged 106 for the opening 7 rounds of 2013 yet has never had a season average of 80+.

Melbourne had their intraclub match today which appears to have been for an hour of playing time in total.

Goals: Garlett 4, Hogan 3, Stretch, O McDonald, Frost

Among the best were Hogan, Garlett and Salem.

Everybody should have Hogan in their side. Salem could be a decent pick in the forwards at 185k.

Do we know where Salem is likely to play? Small forwards don't usually score consistently

I don't think that he will be playing the small forward role. We have JKH, Kent and now Garlett to do that.

I imagine he will play most of his footy in the middle and off a wing and spend a bit of time off half back. He is a superb user of the footy so we will want him to be feeding the forwards.

Who do we think will score more - Clark vs Salem. I currently have Titchell at F5 but as much as I want him to have a breakout year, it may be 2016. Can use the extra cash in defence.
