Thanks for that Oz, so what is the rough cost to buy a guest pass if taking a friend along to the game as well??
From memory, roughly around $25 to $30 for each adult guess pass. I not looked up the new season prices but should be within $5 or so of that.

So on te first day of Uni I'm walking around aimlessly, lost, looking for building C. Next thing you know I notice Jack Watts walking past me, so I asked for a photo, and he happened to be like me, doing the same course and lost, looking for a room in building C which doesn't exist. So we're talking a bit and then next thing you know I'm paired up with him to do a presentation. :)

Here's hoping for some Melbourne SC info this year ;) hahaha

I have some questions for you GG to ask Mr Watts :D

- will Vandenberg be elevated and will he play round 1?
- is Salem going to run off half back all season?
- will Stretch get games? (mid-season would be ideal)
- Hogan over his back issues?
- Newton in the best 22?
- has he ever picked himself in an SC side?

Lol PC.

They are honestly the questions I had in the back of my mind the whole time I was talking to him. Don't worry I'll be asking the hard questions for us SCS members hahah :D

Lol I also shared a uni class with a famous footballer and surprise me also got put into a group of 4 with him for the duration.

It is a fine balance between acting cool and waiting for him to turn the convo to footy to the other extreme where you just want to chat footy and ask footy ques non stop!

Good luck!

Ok, not so relevant these days but for interest sake I went to school with Richard Champion, was pretty good mates through school as we both loved sport. I played basketball with him but not footy. Don't catch up much these days though.

Nice work GG, surely befriending an AFL player will get you in some parties you might not have otherwise gotten into :D

Hahaha nice.

He could be a long term friend as one of my best mates and I became friends at University and we have been friends for 15 years.

We were paired up in a group and went to the pub to work on the presentation. 15 years down the track we great buddies and he is in UK right now....but good he is coming back for a few weeks in June/July! Nice.

You know what would make Rowsus' cry with joy? Watts does a surprise visit at the SCS get together (oh but Watts will be playing).

I think we need to create a 'get jack watts to join an SCS league thread' thread
