Yeah I guess so. Lucky only 1 game has been played which makes that call a bit easier.
Otherwise, there is no result that is not going to unfairly reward or punish coaches is there?

I have crows, and I want zeros. It's a rolling lockout, people didn't have to burn their trades first thing last night. Moreover, we have trades and 8 bench players, so if you have put together a good team you would be able to cover it. It's rough, there's no "perfect" solution but I think giving away points and rescuing people is crap. There are so many other scenarios where players don't play and are awarded a 0 for being late withdrawals.

Reverse trades and set back to previous week? Which affects those that have conserved trades, chosen Buddy knowing he would miss games in the back half of the season and given people another look at players on the bubble.

I agree. I have Blicavs, Selwood, taylor, Smith and Motlop (who was going to start bench) and would accept that all crows and cats players just get a zero. Although it is an unexpected issue it should be treated just the same as an injury, suspension or late out

Was set to trade out Oxley, but if we get zero's, I'd be tempted to trade Selwood to Hodge, open another dpp spot.

Who's bickering? we're discussing an important byproduct of the tragedy today which still has to be resolved like everything else.

I think it's the fairest, most practical and closest to keeping the integrity of the game solution. However, it's not fair for all. Only playing the game without this tragic event could be considered fair.

There isn't going to be an outcome everybody is happy with. I'd go with averages - 5. You can't say that benefits owners of Crows and Cats players but it doesn't hurt them either.

I do not know what is going to happen in SC game itself but for those playing FDL or keeper league here what I have decided to do is paste a rounded up average score for likely 22 each. I do not believe VirtualSports will do the same in SC but for FDL and keeper league it is simplest solution to horrible real life circumstances meaning the game needed to be called off.

For those playing in SCDL that is another league here that is spin off from FDL please feel welcome to copy and paste to your game too.

Will this also be happening in SC? These fantasy games tend to follow each other in regards to major rules, so you'd assume so?
