Im debating if there is any merrit in starting greene instead of either one of those fellas
Definitely big savings to be had. I am not a big fan of Dahlhaus this season but I think you would be compromising your forward line to much to go Dusty down to Greene. Perhaps there is some Merrett in it though ;)

Dusty's a lock still for me. OK priced for what you get, can be a roller coaster but usually good for 80-90 with a big top end to give you an occasional big game, which in turns means you need him as a starter so you don't miss out. Got a big ego too so i can't see his old mans deportation or the chopsticks saga taking a toll. Pretty much a must have in your forward line still in 2016.

I haven't seen enough evidence to suggest that Toby Green will play a different role to last year.
Agreed. As much as I want Greene, he's a bit of trap pick. REALLY needs several of the big name GWS mids to go down injured, which hasn't happened this preseason.
I think he could be a decent back end pick if GWS cop a few injuries and they need him to play more inside mid.

Won't be starting Martin only because I can't fit him in. Agree he is a must have, will be looking at Martin,Zorko,Dahlhaus over Deledio/Montagna/Bennell types as my upgrade tigers due to there durability.

Based on the poll, our forward lines will be much, much less proven than I would have guessed.

No doubt the strength of the rookies is a factor, but I'm still surprised at the magnitude.

Have only 2 from that list, Dusty and Barlow. Then it's Wells and rookies.

I have Hall and agree with both of you. I guess I was thinking of someone other than Hall, Franklin, Greene etc. Someone like a billings or a more left field choice that I haven't considered. I have Franklin at the moment but don't really trust him. His inconsistent scoring bothers me. I was thinking de Goey and getting the cash to upgrade elsewhere. Thoughts?

Would like some insight to M Robinson?? Did pretty well in the nab games, and also
Thoughts on him as f2 instead of S Gray, or even just stick with S Gray

i cant help but think he will continue on from last year stuck in the forward line especially seeing how they need to score more

On my old mate Lance "Buddy" ""Never Again"" Franklin... If we expect him to miss games in the second half of the season, is it worth at least considering the value he could bring to the team in the first half of the season? It may mean an extra trade, OR, given when he does go we'll have more complete teams and some coverage? His averages against opponents until his bye:

It's now (I'm not saying it should be now) or never, right?

I'd say you either start with him from Round 1 or just watching float of into the distance (to either sink or swim)
