Last defender position:

Docherty and Collins (D7) vs McVeigh and Adams (D7)????
I'm guessing you save 1 trade with McVeigh and Adams - if so, go McVeigh. His track record of ~100 over many seasons is worth gambling for if it saves you a trade.

Probably B > A > C > D
B, A, D, C. Can't go past Hanners and Rance, especially at their respective prices.
CBAD for me, although I suspect B will be the more popular option. I think Yeo's coming into one of his 100-average stretches that will hopefully last at least the next six weeks. Actually think he can match or even outscore Rance from here, whereas I think Pendles is 5-10 ahead of Hannebery. (I fully realise my Yeo-boosting is the minority opinion)
I'm with MMM IDIG, think Hanners is a must have at that price.
Yeo is not a proven premium and is still dubious, so out with C.

Parker is not a proven elite mid, out with D.

A > B by a fine margin, based on the following:

Priddis: 110
Simpson: 100
Hannebery: 115
Rance: 90 (based on track record, I don't see him averaging 100)
Thanks all for your responses. Funnily enough i was very sure which i'd be going with but alot of the responses went against my first thoughts so will put some more thought into it.

As lakb mentioned Rance whilst averaging 96 has only tonned up once in his last 7 games (ave 89) so he's as concerning as McVeigh i suppose...maybe not to Yeo's level but as stephen said, role change and lots of home games could see him string some big games together.

Hanners reads like a super-premo but has been down somewhat recently, averaging 105 his last 5 and less than 100 his last 3. Not sure if there's a reason why but he's numbers have still been pretty good?

Fwiw i was pretty confident i'd be going with Priddis/Simpson for similar reasons to meataxe. Now i might just have to fiddle with the combos a bit more to see what i can come up with. Sloane looks like a good option so one i could throw in as well.

Same amount of trades - It would cost me 190k to go Collins to McVeigh - and 190k basically to go Adams to Docherty - I have both Collins and Adams at the moment - just deciding who to upgrade.

If its the same amount of trades - who would you go for?

Depends what you need more, cash generation or flexibility to cover both lines?
If you need more cash generation, then hold onto Collins.
If your FWD line is as crappy as mine and you need cover, then hold onto Adams.

Hanners for me. JPK is a beast no doubting that however when parker and mitchell were doing well JPK did not. When Mitchell dropped JPK and Parker did well. When Parker dropped JPK Mitchell did well. So there is a plus there for JPK for sure, however hanners did not drop at all through that whole period. He appears not only to be safer, but very reliable.

Thats exactly how I was thinking , Hanners obviously being the safe pick but I see JPK having a much higher ceiling if he can hold his spot at clearances, I think I will go with Hanners just priced very well at the moment and almost risk free at that price, Parker at his price is also an option but he's in way too many teams in the top 100 need something different

Is Hanners not in like every team in the top 100?

Doesn't really matter. Hanners is like Pendles. You have to get him in. Parker has been very average recently

Hanners is in about 50%, Parker around 75% and JPK 2%
