Sorry, will try to be more careful.
All good. Just unlucky that West Coast followed Sydney and the description had the one common named player of those two sides. Gave me a laugh with people's reaction. :)

With Dangers hammy I won’t be selecting him untill his second game breakeven but the bigger question is if Ablett Danger and Henderson are back playing in the early rounds... then what J/S does that give to any of their talented rookies?

Jarrod Pickett out for 3 months with a serious wrist injury.

Hello Garlett!

http://m.carltonfc.com.au/news/2018-03-15/pickett-fractures-scaphoid
My mate was a pretty good footballer, and even played some games for St Kilda reserves in the early 80's.
He broke his right scaphoid, and missed 3/4's of a season.
Two years later he broke his left scaphoid. He was sitting with the Doctor, and when the Doctor told him...
Mate: "You're kidding! I broke my right scaphoid 2 years ago!
Doctor: "Geez, that's unlucky. I've never heard of anyone breaking both scaphoids. It's not a common injury. It's like having 2 holes in one your lifetime"
Mate: "Ohhhh sh1t Doc, don't say that!"
Doctor: "Why, what's wrong?"
Mate: "Well, you're not going to believe this, but I've actually had 3 holes in one!"

True story :)

You need to show a bit of melancholy before you jump in the air all "oh what a feeling" style Ben. :)
Haha, yes just before the "Hello Garlett!" comment there needed to be the mandatory " I don't like seeing anyone go down but...." comment. :D

Aaron Hall will miss round one with a broken thumb. Details soon on @AFLcomau
10:55 AM - Mar 16, 2018

Bad news for Hall and all of his family and friends and all the Gold Coast supporters but couldn't hurt Holman and Brodie's round 1 chances.

I hesitate in posting this a bit considering the source, But Kim Hagdorn was just on the radio here in Perth, And claims Josh Kennedy is in hospital with some sort of problem relating to his foot issue, with it possibly not healing as well as the club hoped. He was struggling to find out exact details of the concern... But thinks it might keep him out a bit longer than thought.

Now everyone knows my thoughts on the source, When Kennedy hurt is elbow a couple of seasons ago, Hagdorn pretty much reported that Kennedy needed his arm amputated, Yet he missed just 1 game and never had any issues with it again. So take anything he says with a HUGE dose of salt.

If it is true and JK misses more time, then Jake Waterman should get a real good shot at it.

Also according to the Eagles site... Rioli is racing the clock to be fit for round 1...

http://www.westcoasteagles.com.au/news/2018-03-15/rioli-still-a-round-one-chance

Livewire West Coast Eagles forward Willie Rioli is still a chance to line up against Sydney in round one despite suffering an ankle injury during last Sunday’s JLT Community Series clash with Fremantle.

Rioli left the field in the 24th minute of the first quarter of the pre-season fixture and did not return after appearing to get his left foot stuck in the turf at Joondalup’s HBF Arena.

General manager of football Craig Vozzo said it was only a minor injury.

“Willie has a lateral ankle sprain, but he’s recovering quite well,” Vozzo said.

“We are still targeting round one, but it will depend on how he continues to progress through his rehabilitation.”

Not from me... Holman and Brodie option becomes less clear, and I lose a what I feel was noice POD in Hall.

:(

On the plus side, it means I can look at some other injury prone cha(/u)mps to select, rather than looking at Hall.
