Grundy vs NicNat plus cash? The Cash plus Ryan downgrade in Rd5 would probably be used to turn Treloar into Danger

Depends on your current structure, how many Rookies you're currently playing on-field in the MIDs and FWDs.

Cogs will probably outscore Gray, however Gray more likely than Cogs to end as one of the top players for his position.
Thanks Thanh, doesn't really answer the question but gives more food for thought.

Crowden v Henry v Ratugolea
Stanley named as the ruckmen with Ratugolea at CHF. Looks like Geelong don't have any strong thoughts on their big man setup. Henry probably a better scorer than Crowden but what happens if Henderson comes back? Crowden probably the safer pick of the 3 with a youth policy at Freo.

In order of how you listed them I think.

Crowden v Henry v Ratugolea
I we knew a clear timeframe for Henderson and Taylor coming back it would make the Henry call a lot easier. Classic Geelong playing silly buggers with injuries again.

Smith and Stanley both Named doesn’t bode well for Rat. Have to go Crowden I think.

I thought the Rat was blowing hard last week so not sure he has tank to do 1st ruck work much. Keep in mind he was playing a team that was resting their own 1st ruck a lot too. Rat would blow up if he tried to be 1st ruck for more than a half. Zac Smith or Stanley rucking most weeks seems the go but Cats clearly have a horses for courses policy going on from week to week with their ruck choices.

Heeney v Gray

For background, fwds are currently: Walters McLean Smith Sicily Lobb Fritsch (Ryan ZGL). Lobb and Ryan making way for Crowden and Heeney/Gray.

1 of Smith or Stanley won't play, Ratugolea will be fine.

Gray F3 Vs Savage D2
Definitely Gray. Can't see Savage maintaining this level of scoring:

- Has NEVER played 22 games before (since 2011, he's played 17, 18, 15, 14, 20, 21 and 12 last year)
- He's NEVER been a prolific scorer (87 last year, 82 the year before that)

Yes, he scored well in the latter half last year, but that's a very slim sample size to assume he's taken on a new, permanent high-scoring role after 8-9 seasons. Too risky.
