Steeles miracle 80pt half means I guess he can stay!

Don't have Fyfe or Sheed but think I'll just live without them. No Rockliff, Cogs or Lloyd imo the biggest issue for me. Lloyd shouldnt go up that much in price so perhaps he'll just be target #1, but I don't have a way of getting Cogs/Rocky. Rocky plays Carlton so it would have to be this week.
Good to hear your part of the Steele fraternity on here Jords.

Hard, tough, Steele

Brad Crouch to Rocky. Opening is there so I guess take it. May give Collins, Burgess and Bolta another run around.

Only one trade being considered this week. Considering dumping Collins for either Duursma or Joyce.

finally ?

I think Scott has hinted enough over the last few months that for Geelong to go forward they need less reliance on the holy trinity as their midfield mainstays
The truth is, the Danger-Selwood-Ablett trio just didn't work well together as the 3 starting inside mids.

The new structures have me very excited. One of the main criticism on the Geelong forums about Brads coaching has being that he hasn't really taken control as a coach by telling our stars, how and where they are going to play to best serve the team.

I know the rule is don’t trade Fyfe in, but is anyone thinking about it? The elbow worried me but it’s clearly not an issue

Out: Collins
In: Wilkie, Joyce or benched and then upgraded to Smith or Newman next week.

Out: Steele
In: Rockliff

Doubt I do the second one but could possibly be the post week 2 trade.
Do yourself a favour, don't waste an upgrade going to B.Smith.

Someone come up with a strategy that would allow me to turn Collins into Coniglio and Burgess into Macrae
OK.

We are going to need.....

4 computer hackers just out of a top university.
1 million dollars in funding.
3 ladies who take their clothes off for a living.
1 large bowl of coke-a-cole ;)
2-3 days, free and unbothered by any potential outside distractions.

Maccas carpark, Noble Park, 2.30 am Tuesday morning, don't wear anything fluro.

Collins for one of Ridley, Wilkie, Joyce or Duursma.
Could potentially downgrade B smith to one of the back rookies I don’t pick after Rd 2 to get a quick upgrade on another line.

From the outside you need a minimum of 1 in each 3rd.

Duncan , Kelly , Menegola , Parfitt etc need the opportunity and responsibilty.

Listening to Scott , it almost feels like he wants to divulge the plan publically then stops himself.

Selwood has to be the defensive mid , wing , HB the other 2 F/M split.

It can't be easy trying to tell 3 legends that if we want team success you actually can't be relied upon as the major mids anymore and may have to sacrifice your individual needs and desires.

Potential trade would be Collins to Wilkie/Joyce and/or Burgess to Schultz from freo

Obviously you'd want to wait another week but I might want to jump on something the week after

Not considering any trades yet, but have a couple of slow burns in Gibbons and Burgess.

Too early to pull the trigger on Andy McGrath? He looked gassed. Not sure he's fit enough for the "more mid time breakout year"
