Parker to Ross done and Collins/Clark to Lloyd is the front runner for trade 2.

Tempted by the cheaper Hurn/Laird types but the seagull seems the best bet despite the 137 BE.

Any thoughts on Lloyd vs Hurn vs Laird as targets this week?

I also have the cash for a defensive upgrade. Going Laird instead of Lloyd. GWS tagged Lloyd last time they played. Enough to scare me off for now when Laird is so consistent and well priced. Lloyd can be the next upgrade.

Skipped out on the double downgrade in the end, was gonna go Lockhart over Ross anyway so probably a good result.

Tossing up JKelly v Laird v Sicily v Lloyd as the genuine upgrade.

JKelly has quite a nice draw coming up, but worried about his injury troubles. Laird seems to be a low risk option at his current price

Lloyd easily imo.

Did Darling > Baker yesterday.

Next trade I have no idea as I have too many options.

Butters > Libba/Rocky
or
Butters > Walters/Daniel/Billings (I'll take Stack's 72 and puts Parker on the bench)

The Libba boat IMO has sailed, also not too bullish on Rocky (you'd bring him in to be a keeper at this point). I'd go Butters -> Kelly and then look to downgrade Parker to Hately/Hayes the week after

Laird is probably about as low as hes going to get I think, I like him of the options presented. Milera out for 6 weeks is only going to help his scores.

I'd rate it in this order:

Lloyd> JKelly > Laird > Sicily

Lloyd alongside Whitfield stand out as clearcut defensive premium studs. I don't have the same level of confidence for JKelly to finish top 3-5 mids come season end.

I had a similar conundrum in Laird v Sicily. I do think Laird is a great value option right now but annoyingly shares the same bye as the other popular Adelaide and GWS defenders, so I opted for Sicily.

Pounce on Daniel. Still scored 93 and 100 with 9 clangers.
Thanks guys. I'll probably get Daniel mostly because i don't think Kelly's price will change too much in the next couple of weeks hopefully.

Which is the better upgrade? Considering who is replaced on-field...

1. Sicily/Laird over Collins (however this limits my upgrade options for next week)
2. Rocky over Stack's 72
3. Kelly over Parker

I traded Darling to Baker a couple of days ago, looks to have worked out so far unless Darling goes for a big 100+ against the Cats on Sunday :cautious:

Now I'm thinking doing something crazy and using another trade to try and win my H2H matchup this round...
Was initially going to change McGovern to Brodie Smith but now I'm thinking Rozee to Boak?? Got 350k in the bank right now and will have about 98k or so left. Currently have 26 trades left.

....Thoughts?!??! Silly? Risky?

I think McGovern to Sicily/Laird/Lloyd/Whitfield is a better option unless you are super keen on Brodie Smith.

Hey, cheers for the reply. I already have Lloyd and Whitfield.
The rest of my back line is Scrimshaw, Duursma and Hore with the bench being S.Collins and J.Clark
I thought about Laird but not sure whether he will continuously get 100+ scores (compared to Brodie Smith) for the extra 115k that I would need to pay.
Also I'm a first year player so I don't know much about Sicily lol
