Ouch, couple of weeks could be including the byes when we need him most too!

"Gun small defender Zac Williams has been ruled out of the GIANTS' clash with Melbourne on Sunday, but vice-captain Stephen Coniglio and Aidan Corr are both a chance to return at the MCG.

Williams, who strained his left hamstring in the second quarter of the GIANTS' 93-point demolition of Carlton on Sunday and played no further part in the match, could miss at least a couple of games. "
It'll be 3-4 weeks as per the standard hammy i suspect, so he'll probably be out rounds 10-12 at a minimum with round 13 also iffy from a "management" perspective.

You may be right, but I am reading Willams as having a hamstring strain (as opposed to a Hamstring tear), so I see a strain could only be a couple of weeks. So I'm leaning to hold him.

Edit:
Recovery time depends on how badly you injured the hamstring. Keep in mind that people heal at different rates.

Leon Cameron has stated that Williams will miss this week and ‘possibly’ next week so it sounds to me like a 1-2 week injury.

Remember with a rnd 14 bye it further complicates things. Extra player down and poss 1 game in next 5 rnds

Who to trade in though?

Already got Lloyd and Whitfield and Hurn, Stewart + Crisp all have horrible bye rounds.

Laird looks like a 90-105 player this year meaning he's overpriced.
Sicily is out of form in a role playing more a key defender with other Hawks talls out...

There's not many appealing buy in selection, would nearly consider Brodie Smith if he wasn't injury prone as he looks as good as Laird this season at 100k cheaper.

I'm bringing In Hurn to complete the big 3 defenders but outside them I've been looking at Stewart and believe it or not Houli. Injury a concern though but good price.

Another look at Blakey?

Luke Ryan perhaps - averaging 102 for the season so far @ 537K
