Touk Miller and Harbrow “a really good chance this week”, while Jamie Macmillan has been ruled out with a calf injury.

Bowes is one confirmed out for the suns. They had another 8 players with 8 disposals or less on the weekend so a few who could get dropped.

Not the news we had hoped for... but it appears they are just giving the injured players more time...

With a nine-day break between games, some injured Demons will be given every chance to play in the Queen’s Birthday match. Steven May looked at full fitness out on Gosch’s Paddock, while Christian Salem and Alex Neal-Bullen also completed the entire session.

Harry Petty was running laps as he hopes to return from a knee injury, while Jake Lever (ankle) and Marty Hore (calf) will be pushing their case for selection when they join in with the main group on Friday.

Hopefully O’Brien can play with Jacobs this week and Walker is dropped (we all know he should be!).

Don’t like my chances of O’Brien playing though. At least GWS are tall I guess, gives him more hope.

Selection news tomorrow night will be interesting, not really looking at trades until I can digest that but more than likely will be moving Whitfield on for Laird, possibly Coniglio in also but not sure on that one just yet.

I'm still carrying Scrimshaw, Ross with cash tied up there and also Hayes who I'll try and hold but will see.

Downgrades are a real issue obviously .

more about Crouch & Sloane will they or won't they play
Gibbs possibly being dropped again
