I expect he's just parking Danger in the mids this week with his bye before putting him back as part of next weeks upgrades.. I had Dunkley sitting in my mids last week for that reason...
Yep, doing exactly that. I think, and hope, it makes a lot of sense.

That's true, i've had Kelly in there for many many weeks as I play Baker and Balta

Same think I’ve had Dunkley AND T.Kelly in there at stages this year depending on midfield injuries, Setterfield being out or wanting to play Balta and Baker.

With the news of Steele dislocating his knee, i may change my trade plans from...

Clark > Sicily
Baker > Boak
Atkins > Clarke

Thoughts?
To something like...
Steele > Boak
Clark > Sicily
Atkins > Naish/Clarke

Keeping Baker gives me an extra player this week which could be handy (19 if all are named). It also allows me to trade Steele which should be beneficial in the long run.

looks good! extra player is good! Baker may still reach his BE - but otherwise i don't he'll lose that much.

Yeah i'm considering Hurley as my Blakely alternative but really struggling to find a trend with his scoring so i feel a bit more confidence knowing Blakely should spend sometime in the middle.

Anyone seeing a trend?? It's bloody all over the shop o_O

I reckon it's the end of the road for Simmo fantasy wise. Has been one of the most durable players over the years but is now starting to miss games and still has his bye to come. Even at his price, i don't think he's worth the punt (cue the big ton).
Marks seem to be key, depends on whether you think his opponents will allow a lot of those?

Balta > Marshall, Setterfield > Bewley, Answerth > Sicily.

Would've loved Boak instead of Marshall, but wanting to keep Hore means I have to go for someone cheaper.

Hore my only rookie left on the field but will only trade him if I have to. Westhoff now becomes a bench player that can fill in for Grundy/Gawn if they miss a week. Duursma also on the bench... could be an easy upgrade to Boak to turn Heeney into a mid/fwd bench floater for the end of the year.

I keep forgetting that we've got half a season to go - I'm making decisions based upon desperation- need to chill out and plan properly...
Strong point. The 50 point rookie donut you save this round doesn’t seem like much if you end up with a premo with an LTI on the bench with a month to play.

That's really impressive going considering we're only entering the 2nd of the bye rounds!

Well done...(y)

must be an awesome team - i was hoping to get that too but that would mean my trades go to like almost nothing.

So have to be more sensible.

Yeah, but the price is 10 trades left and having not-quite-premiums like Sheed (who will be upgraded to Neale next week), Libba and B.Smith (and maybe also Rockliff if he keeps getting injured).

Balta now named as the starting ruck.. do I keep him another week and move Rockliff on or hold and pray Rockliff is back next week?

What turned from a nothing to worry about ends up being 2 and could easily be a 4 week hamstring which they didn’t disclose.

Balta as the starting ruck this week against O’Brien and Rockliff to Macrae or just hold Rockliff cop the donut this week and pray he is back next week?????

Really making it hard knowing Balta could whack out an 80+ starting as the ruck and Rockliff injury could see him miss another week or two..

What do I do?

10 trades left after moving Clark and Answerth to Naish and Clarke..
