Yeah I've heard those rumours too. It is difficult valuing/assessing a player like Keath given he is 28 in Jan, 2020 and has only played 30 games of AFL football. I feel like pick 45 is closer to his value than pick 32. Our pick 45 was originally like pick 40/41 before the GCS compensation, GWS and Tigers. In the end, Bulldogs can't do much about dropping 4 spots. Clubs also need to take into consideration Father/Son, Academy and NGA players - this means that picks disappear when matching another bid, and there seem to be a few of these selections in the first and second round, so our pick 45 could make its way down to pick 39.
Wines rumours have been squashed already. Port Adelaide has released a statement in response to reports that co-captain Ollie Wines' camp approached Carlton regarding a potential trade, stating that: "At no stage has Ollie requested a trade from our club. Equally, at no stage has Port Adelaide contemplated trading Ollie to any other club and he remains a required player."
Id be all for trading Wines, not to Carlton though. If Sydney said well give you Hayward, Dawson + pick/s for him Id well and truly think about it though.

Yeah I saw the statement, but, they're still talking about it. Rumours over a couple of weeks that the Blues were going to land a big bodied mid to help Cripps out. Again I didn't know it may have been Wines or how the Blues would get it done anyway considering they need Papley and Martin through the door too.
