Disappointed with the arbitrary surcharges to the likes of M Marsh, T Head,etc and the internationals but looking forward to another great BBL season.
Had a quick play around and my current line-up is:
Bat: D Short, C Lynn, J Vince, T Banton, A Hales, (J Burns, M Harris)
WK: J Philippe, (H Nielsen)
Bowl: T Curran (C), Q Ahmed, C Green (SydT), A Agar, C Morris, (C Green (Per), W Sutherland)
Remaining salary: 9,900

No idea how they work out the pricing , Steyn & Zahir the same price , seriously !!!
One is (was) World Class and the other is a novice at International.
Not sure how Banton & Salt can be priced the same as Hales when they haven't played International Cricket at all.
Morris on the other hand ?
At least we have positions and prices now and something to work with until the rest of the squads are announced.

Please note that SC has done a bit of shuffling (since the round fixture was released a few weeks back) to add in an EXTRA round to the fixture hence the sequence of BYE & DGW will change accordingly. I will update these tables in the BBL Useful Information thread through the course of the week.

I know we have keen fantasy players, and I don't want to be a buzz killer, however if we can hang off making SCS Leagues with numbers i.e. SCS BBL 1, that would be much appreciated. By all means make leagues, but just use names i.e. SCS At the death.
Like SCS AFL we will be making a series of invitation, graded leagues which @Goodie's Guns will organise in the near future. Look out for the official call of interest.

Be interesting to see where he fits in , depending on Test selection I suspect Carey, Weatherald, Head, Salt will be the Top 4 , Wells @ 5 which would leave Lehmann, Nielsen, Short, White battling for 1 position assuming they play the 4 fast bowlers and Rashid Khan.
O'Connor/Valente could come in for one of the fast bowlers.
I guess they signed Bear for a reason though.
