Lynn, Banton, Laughlin, Phillipee, Henriques, Curran and Abbott to come.
Nair Khawaja, Sams and Ferguson all good in the end. Didn't go with Hales was OK until last night.
Hopefully Lynn, Banton and Laughlin bounce back like the others did.
A lot will depend on how my POD C in Abbott goes today, I guess...

I second this. Was ranked 7000 after the first week last year, but after picking the right players at the right times (luck & research), such as selecting Stoinis at his lowest price, sitting Cook on my bench as soon as he was named and choosing Lalor as a POD for the last 3-4 rounds, I was able to finish top 10.
My personal strategy throughout the year was to get rid of the players with high BE's, and replace them with players who had low BE's (taking form/DGW'S into consideration as well). Very simple, it led to quite a large number of POD's, and a lot of cash generation. And I really enjoyed watching players that I would rarely consider, and it made the BBL exciting to watch (despite the incredibly long season).
On another note, currently on 3-1010 - Curran (C)
4 sixers, 3 heat and Short to come.

Looking likely that I’ll get off to a slow start again this season but being able to effectively and efficiently navigate the doubles/byes is essential.
Started last season at 12,278
After 5 rounds I was ranked 7432
1st time I was in the top 1000 was at the end of RD9 (631)
Managed to finish the season at 156.

I’m new to SuperCoach, still trying to work out some things...would appreciate youse guys help. Sorry for the questions...
1.POD - point of difference - what is this exactly?
2. Although I’ve read the rules around substitutes, I’m still a bit unclear...James Vince was on my bench, scored 14 pts, but I don’t get the points because I also had Josh Phillippe?
3. I saw one post suggesting a good strategy is to have mostly low cost bat and bowl rookies on the bench. I‘m unsure
what strategy I should use for bench players...
4. After today’s games, R1 ends....so players can be traded, dropped etc until when?
