My preferred trades (without weather) were :-

Out: Marsh , Livingstone , Jordan
In: Curran , Dwarshuis , de Villiers

which I now don't have enough $$$ to do as Livingstone & Jordan lost too much money.

With the threat of rain do I bypass any Sixers players and focus on Heat & Strikers , maybe de Villiers , Lynn (high BE) , Mujeeb (high BE) Siddle (possible injury concern) , Head (too expensive) , Neser (up and down) or a Renegade in SOS or Nabi ?

Might need to sleep on it and get a clearer picture of the weather tomorrow.

EDIT

and just realised the Renegades have the Bye...... doh

let's hope for a full game today , make things easier

Are BE's all that important anymore? For mine we should just be picking the players we want in preparation for Rnd12&13 Prices should even out by the end of the season.

All relates to cash , if you can get someone $ 20 - $ 30 k cheaper I think it is better to wait , than take a compromised pick

eg would prefer Head over Siddle /Weatherald/Wells/Neser type

I guess it is the quality of the player in Round 12/13 rather than the quantity.

A combo of Yes and No for me ... not sure what you mean by "prices should even out" .... IMO they either go up or down ... that is part of the game ...

Only have Curran and Dwaishuis cos none of the sixers appeal to except Curran
Looking at two ...

- Curran not really appealing as his batting points are down ....
- Dwarshuis not so bad and got my eye on him ...
- Philippe is just a headless chook IMO akin to Banton, Bryant and Harper ... could pay off but has a high BE due to previous rubbish ...
- Not sure any have a cricketing brain cell between them ... only know one way ...

Feels like a weekly thing, but I'm coming to get some advice.

Had a great round in terms of pegging myself back to 7k, but was off the back of having quite a few Scorchers.

Rain has me worried tonight, so I'm thinking:
Ahmad, Livingstone and Banton to Neser, Carey and Ahmad.

Gets me the players I need going forward - and starts to sets me up nicely for the Strikers and Hurricanes DG. Also sees me bank 37k cash.

Really feel like I've wasted my season this year, but you live and learn.

Just a heads up that it is raining fairly heavily in Sydney as I type. Must have started in the last hour and you’d definitely want an umbrella if you weren’t under cover.

Not sure if that increases or decreases the chances of rain at game time/a problematic wet surface in the lead up, but my guess is it’s probably a net positive if anything.
