@Connoisseur

I know how you get the first set of tables but can you enlighten me of how to get the second set of tables with the CP/UP etc. assuming that it's also from FootyWire…?
Just found out now...you go to 'View Advanced Stats' instead of 'View Basic Stats'...never thought to look there.

Bont has been in and out of myself for a good deal of the pre-season. I hate letting pre-season games influence my thoughts on premiums, but geez it's hard to ignore last night. The captaincy could be a real boon for his scoring.

I think I asked once before about where Connoisseur gets the various stats from, but did find it eventually - the mobile site which I usually use and the desktop sites are a bit different on Footywire. Knew the tables looked like they were from somewhere on that site anyway.

I thought that Effective Disposal % for Kelly seemed very low, but checked and most of the good players only seem to be in the high 60% range. Mid 60's is low, but not too bad.

Agree. We never know for sure what preseason games mean for the season proper but sometimes you have to just believe your eyes.

Yeah this could be his Brownlow season - I don't want to miss the ride.

Seriously difficult to fit the mids in this year. I'm very keen on Macrae, Cripps, Danger, Treloar, Bont, Oliver.... would love to be able to squeeze JKelly and T. Mitchell in there as well. Serious decisions to be made.

I think that what it does reinforce is that Bont has the capacity to go 140-150+ without getting a ridiculous number of possessions.

That's not going to happen every game of course, but that ability to go large with a 30-35 possession game makes me a bit more comfortable about him putting up a 120+ season even with the glut of midfielders at the Doggies.
