If they had done that, then the scores would all be lower by that amount, and every regular player would be overpriced ... unless they also changed the magic number.
The shorter games will impact individual players' individual game scores, but shouldn't meaningfully impact their average over a season, unless they are players who are better suited to playing low minutes (eg perhaps NicNat) or better suited to whatever game style eventuates.
Someone like a Heeney can have some low games too. Maybe his 80s become 70s or 60s.
