A few conundrums I'd require your valued opinion on @Young gun and @KLo30.
D Fifita to L Leilua and W Blake to J Mansour are locked in but I'm having trouble settling on the remaining 3.

I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the following:

Replacement for N Cleary: D Brown VS S Drinkwater
Leaning towards Brown for the lower breakeven but Drinkwater has a nice run of upcoming fixtures.

Keep or trade Ponga: If Ponga is traded it will be for either Teddy/Turbo or Drinkwater
Teddy or Turbo means no Staggs and the last trade would be used for Walters to Drinkwater or Leleisiuao to Hampton/S Katoa meaning Katoa/Lomax would be my 17th player.

If Drinkwater replaces him it allows me to get Staggs to replace Leleisiuso whilst using 5 trades and $280,000 in the bank to grab Ponga back next round to replace B Walters by switching Drinkwater to the 5/8 position.

Can still get Staggs and keep Ponga whilst using 4 trades but means Lomax will have to be fielded in the 17.
Well The Cowboys have a good run of fixtures next month So drinkwater needs to a lock over brown. Lucy and Mansour both good trades.

Staggs could be a trap as the Broncos have Thursday night games for the month.? Thursday’s stats wise are low scoring SC games. Combine that against the draw next 4 weeks I think others will score more points over next 4weeks.

Lomax back into the centers this week combined with a favorable draw next 4 weeks should provide a good return.

Thanks as always for your advice.

Decided to bring both Drinkwater and Brown in whilst trading Ponga.

Cash will be used next round to target a FB (Ponga, Turbo or Teddy) by trading Walters and Staggs.
Change of plans with the recent developments surrounding C Watson, with D Brown replacing him as the replacement for N Cleary.

Remaining 2 trades will likely be used to either bring in K Staggs for G Leleisiuao or T Trbojevic/P Haas for K Ponga/A Fifita.
currently have musgrove , but guler stands out as a replacement.?Thinking he loses his spot next week with the return of senior players.?

Prefer the likes of Carrigan, Flegler or Hess if you have sufficient cash or dual position players or Taunoa-Brown. Don’t mind Guler for a quick cash injection but would be hesitant to select him with Bateman due to return and decreased opportunity and minutes limiting his cash growth.

If you post your side it might allow us to provide recommendations or alternative trades.

SO can you VC loophole in this game, or do you effectively need to give up a playing position in the 17 to do so?
Yes to both.

Eg VC P Haas
P Haas scores 107
Move C to a DNP in the 17
The 17th player is the lowest scorer- eg Walters/Katoa scores 10

Unless the VC scores 100+/110+ then it isn’t worth executing unless you have a very deep bench (18th to 25th player).

Approx 110k in the bank. Currently Ranked 4,955, so my thinking is to chase some points.
Also can make a team that is not as strong short term but leave me with over 500k in the bank. And loads of money makers.

Still undecided witch path to take.

Solid side. Downgrading Tapine to Taunoa-Brown (via Carrigan) allowing Kennedy to be upgraded to Isaako/Mansour should be a great move next round.
Yes, could have brought either Isaako Mansour this round. It just that I like the cowboys run for the next 4 weeks. Hoping Marsters outscore them both.

Nicely done by the the NRL organisers, crowd sound effects make a big difference watching on TV, AFL will probably take note. How they time that to suit the moment of play, don’t know, delayed telecast at a guess. Great job.

756 with 6 to play. Few panthers in there, so pretty reliant on them slaughtering the Knights to get a 1000+ score.

Notable mentions tonight were Tedesco (96) and Tom Burgess (81) before updates.

G Williams, E Katoa and J Taunoa-Brown on the bench have currently managed to outscore A Fifita (B Walters automatic replacement), K Staggs, J Isaako, S Johnson and E Marsters onfield.

Hopefully can somehow muster a way to reach 900 after exceeding 1085 in Rounds 1 and 2.
