Whitfield’s new B/E anyone? And also potential price movement if he scores a couple of 100’s.

GWS Giants midfielder Lachie Whitfield will remain in concussion protocol this week, while attacking the ball he received high contact in the first Qtr on Friday night.

Whitfield was assessed at the time & eventually ruled out at Qtr time.

Under the AFL’s new concussion protocol Whitfield needs to be at a cleared status by Monday in order to be available for Round 4, the AFL increased the number of days a player needs to successfully be clear to 5 days ahead of the 2020 AFL season.

A lot will depend on whether Naismith is named or not , fortunately the Swans play Thursday night , if so Jacobs - > Naismith highly likely.

Definitely on Jack Steven watch.

Will be considering Houston to S Hill
Townsend maybe to a mid Fyfe/Oliver.......dont think I would chase Neale (did a late Neale to Bont to free up cash when BSmith was injured during round 1).

Could consider a 6th fwd premium (Petracca/Bailey Smith) placed in the midfield although feels a little early locking that in. Will see if one stands out.

Forgot about Hill. A ton first up would make things interesting.

Yeah, not many targets this week to downgrade to. Snuck into the 22 when no one was looking. Getting to the 2nd game will be interesting!

Williamson is that other potential player. Ash didn't set the world on fire.

Held off the upgrade this week to get D Cameron and Pittonet for Cavarra/B Smith. Need to play the long game. Lets hope Stephen is managed well and backs up. will be like Bennell on limited time I would expect.

Would have to been one hell of a 20 to get me to trade him in now.

now Grundy - > Naismith (if named) ?

I’m on the same page as you ? Also seems he landed awkwardly on his neck from a marking contest - I wouldn’t be surprised if that causes him some trouble next week as well
There’s a certain kangaroos player who looks like he’ll be a lot more fun to own and follow in a silly year like this.
