I think those BEs are manageable. Of course they need a chop soon, but I’m ok with going another week with them (if they can reciprocate!).
Starcevich could manage it depending on how the game goes.

Budarick... maybe. Would be harder with Rowell out and GC probably being less competitive.

Brown is more likely to be dropped than to get near that BE.

My side is in all sorts.. Almost no bench cover.

Anyone know if Jones for WC is Def out? Did I see him sitting on the bench with ice on his hammy?

Looking at 2 to cover in FWD and 1-2 in mids.. dear o dear ?
Havent been able to find a link or anything, but i was listening to local abc radio this morning who stated he does have a hammy injury and may be in doubt, sorry nothing better than that for you!

What to do with Rowell? My inner voice tells me to trade him out because after a single digit score his price will plummet maybe $100k like Whitfield. Also he will take a week or two to come right after he returns possibly with lower scores while he gains confidence.
Is anyone else of the same mind?
In addition to what you've mentioned, I keep thinking of Gaz and the long term issues he had with his shoulder.
I've also got Rowell, and while he isn't named there is no urgency for me to trade him as his price won't change while he is out. I'll look to move him on before he plays another game though.
The other thing is that there is $400K sitting on the bench, money that can be used elsewhere, so I wont be holding him too long.

If I go Brander to Aarts (tigers)

I trade Rowell out I have $590k to spend on anyone

Lloyd
Haynes
Whitfield and change
Yeo and change
Sheppard and change
Luke Ryan and change

Or keep Rowell and trade

T.Brown / Budarick to Jack Steven or Darcy Fort (rucks just get gifted points)

Hmmm very confused.

Looks like there will be no way I will get to full premium team, given the state of my rookies so looking at:

Neale and Buderick to J Kelly and Yeo

I guess the hope is I loose 10-15 points on Neale, but again 40+ on Yeo.

I feel I might have to pull a few risky moves to get anywhere near full premium team.

At this early stage

Rowell > titch
Brander > Lloyd

Means I can loop starc and rivers with noble in defence assuming he doesn’t play and assuming Fyfe plays And Bennell doesn’t, allows me to loop serong and McInerney and not play buda In the mids

Lots of assumptions, but All of that feels like a win

I think you have to take the value offered by Whitfield. Hasn't looked like getting a monster yet, but he is such a class player that if he can stay on the park, surely he has to start stringing some big scores together..

Check out article in HS SuperCoach Articles.

Reid was added to the Eagles’ rookie list earlier this year and is in a three-way battle with Jarrod Cameron and Jack Petruccelle to fill the void left by Jamaine Jones, who sustained a hamstring injury in just his second game for the club.

I think the option is there to do it. Bennell (Maybe Dow) could come into the equation in round 7.

Not in mine and he won't be as I'm going Mr. Mullet in a few rounds.
Be curious to check his ownership after the round is complete.

Could be a opportunity for owners to do 2 downgrades of Brown/Budarick/Starcevich.

C Taylor to B Smith is pencilled in for me Round 8.

28 Disposals 10 Marks for a score of 93 is poor. I didn't see where he played but looks like he is gettin in on non effective plays with backwards short kicking. Don't like someone on the outside who doesn't tackle and get CP this year. Played 4 and quarter games basically for a total of 8 tackles 23 CP.
