Don't think Ladhams can play as a KPF with Lycett , unless they give Big Charlie a rest.

one day I might do something sensible and start Gawn & Grundy.

Something about Ladhams though , raw and a lot to develop , but could be very good in a few seasons with the right opportunity.

It’s no coincidence the best years I’ve had are when I’ve nailed my rucks, or should I say haven’t wasted 4-5 trades on them like I have this year. Think set and forget is always the best way, as much as we like to think our value picks will end up on top, they rarely do.

We will never know if the Naismith experiment would have worked or not , geez he looked good Round 1 v Adelaide.

Problem is next year I am determined (substitute stupid or stubborn) to start English , been talking him up for 2-3 years now.

My 2 value picks in TJL & D Smith failed miserably but oh well , live and learn (maybe).

2nd v 5th Tuesday night football aside....just had me-self a Poorman’s Melbourne COVID-19 lockdown ‘can only leave home for one hour a day for exercise’ homemade pizza SPECIAL with American Smokey BBQ sauce topped with lamb parsley mince....accompanied by ‘Keepers Glove’ Tawny Port for the grand total of $7.
