Was considering ruck combinations and thought of macintosh, sandilands (yes injury history is not good but if he can average 90+ would be a bargain because he will start cheapish) with currie and Mcbean on the bench and have nic nat in the forward line so there is cover during the bye rounds and if sandi goes down permanently (fair chance) I can upgrade him or put nic nat there for good. Not scared so much given what luenberger did last season but there is cover having nic nat there
Personally I see a the Sandi/McIntosh situation vastly different to the Leunberger situation last year.
Sandi has had 2-3 years suffering from the same iinjury McIntosh has only played a hand full of games in the last 3 years. And further more I see them as different types of injuries.
They (Sandilands and McIntosh),would need to have outstanding preseasons with no signsnofninjury re-occurance for me to pick either in my starting team.
Sandilands is a maybe, but McIntoch would have to do something extra ordinary between now.and the season for him to be considered.
At this stage I might pick one of them, but no way will I be selecting both.
