I picked up TK this week @Bomber18, despite a lowish score I'm still bullish on him. 22 possessions which uncharacteristically included 5 clangers killed his score yesterday but I think he'll have some big games on the run home with a lot at Optus.

Having a West Coast mid seems pretty good to me, I probably should have bought Neale first though!

My midfield is going along ok, but certainly not amazing.

Jelly, Fyfe, Titch, Danger, Bont, Cripps, T. Kelly, Serong.

Serong will become Neale, or at least I hope. Feel like I'm the only serious SC player that doesn't have him!

@Mudflap is 35th and doesn't own Neale.

From my observations he is a serious player , probably many others are Nealeless as well.

He had B2B 100% TOG games which I think took alot out of him before this short turnaround games started aswell. The game just gone he actually had a rest and owned the last quarter was 49 at 3QTR time and ended up 96. Also noticed 90% of the time Sheed has a big game Gaff is used less.
Great insights, thanks mate! Interesting stuff.

Interesting points you have raised. I was thinking of prioritizing 22 prem scorers so I’m not so blown away when other premiums are missing in bye rounds. There will be at least two 4+ team byes to come, probably don’t have the luxury to sideswap everyone out (will only have 4 trades after completing my side). Players will be rested too in the condensed schedule (likely from Ess/Dees who won’t have a bye). Not so sure I can always hit 18 premos playing in a round with only a pool of 21 premos.

I have Danger and Bont as options potentially to swap around their byes, so it’s not as though Jelly, Macrae and Oliver types are completely out of my plans.

I’m hoping I can find a Treloar post bye 2019 type. I paid about 510k for him post byes last year and he became a very important player, averaging ~125 on the run home. Hoping I can find someone with some positive reversions (and Macrae and Oliver types can go back to scoring in that 110 range!)
Feel free to PM me your findings when you think you're onto something ;)

I'm leaning towards Zerrett and Parker at this stage now. Parker's scoring has been insane this season if you ignore two poorer scores. Went on a 120 run last year too. Zerrett has the history. Not as sold on him but he has gone on decent runs of around 110 before.

Yeo's the main one that fits last year's "Treloar" for me. Averaged 108 in 2019 and currently at 90. To finish on a 100 average (which you would've said was his absolute "lowest" range at the start of the year) needs to average 115 from here. I've seen a few LG give me mixed reviews of Yeo so I'll heed their warnings for the time being. But another good game next round could see me jump on.

Neale in 54% of teams at the start of this round.

No idea how many in the Top 10 , 100 or 1000 have him or not.
If you've been following @Tails wonderful thread (I would hope so as he has put a lot of work and effort into it), then you'll learn that the Top 20 teams at the completion of R10 all have Neale, Petracca is the only other player that is also in every Top 20 teams.

Edit: Apology as I didn't see that @jel had already reference that thread...(y)

Love it, good stuff. I'm keen to find out who you eventually decide on!

I hope you are right about Yeo as he is in my team currently. I at least need him to score better than Viney from here, to validate my trade this week :ROFLMAO:

I'm thinking about just going Fyfe now. Great value and certainly not everyone will jump on.

I already have Fyfe, I think he’s a great option!

can't find the tweet (don't use twitter) and stubbornness got the better of me

Coniglio, Kelly, Whitfield, Williams only played 4 games together last season

Round 3 v Richmond
Round 4 v Geelong
Round 5 v Fremantle
Round 6 v Sydney

Coniglio 102, 104, 104, 103 Ave 103.25
Kelly 95 , 114 , 97 , 116 Ave 105.5
Whitfield 152 , 137 , 86 , 45 Ave 105.0
Williams 101 , 60 , 91 , 121 Ave 93.25

No idea what it all means and only a small sample size

Hopper scored 114 , 106 ,68 , 113 Ave 100.25
Taranto scored 112 , 113 , 67 136 Ave 107.00

Ward obviously missed all 4 games
@Connoisseur

I remember posting this one

Does anyone have stats on which teams give up the most points to midfielders? Need to trade Yeo out. Was going Parker (only costs 50k) but might pay up for Josh Kelly. At a quick glance, the Giants have a much easier run home after this week against Weagles.

One of Kelly or Cogs will go 170 at least on the Crows
