Green given the go ahead to resume bowling again , certainly hope we don't rush him , the expectations are growing hourly.
Not sure his domestic ODI & T20 performance warranted a call up (bit like when Heazlett was picked before he had played for Queensland from memory).
Might be the case of exposing him to the national team setup.
Wouldn't surprise me that he & Pucovski are both named in the extended test squad.

No idea in terms of first class, I'm going to guess zero. But could maybe be once or twice I guess. Not sure, but suspect zero.
He has opened numerous times for his club side Melbourne in Premier Cricket before, and the year where he made bulk runs at the Under 19 Championships he opened (50 over games), so it's not entirely foreign to him.
