@Herbie66 I know you love flexibility with your keepers! How much ground would this team lose over the first few rounds?

Could change it up a bit after the first game once we see the emergency scores. The Adelaide boys, Green and Holt could all be switched out for others if needed.

Can’t believe I did this and still no room for the likes of Handscomb, Bancroft, Peirsen etc.

Should I adopt the Sussex Striker Statute for their DGW in RD2 as well as RD3.

Thanks mate. Yes it feels a lot more balanced.
The things I'm not sure about:
Bazley - is there a better DPP at the price?
Either Lynn, Christian, Tye, Milne will get benched - Milne is prone to injury, so a difficult call, but he is a good bowler.
Do I bring in Wells, or another Cane for balance, so 4 and 4 instead of 5 and 3, and then perhaps Wells and Carey Rd 3, or even only Carey then and two others?

I guess it comes down to individual choice.

If I start 4-5 Hurricanes , I will be looking to bring in 3 Strikers Round 2.

Wells is my # 1 option , then it will be out of Rashid , Siddle , Renshaw & Weatherald for the other 2 spots.

Carey is a no brainer for Round 3 , have different options for my other 2 trades depending on how my team has performed , $$$ , short list of players form etc etc

I'd say Short is more likely to repeat his good season then Boland. No real advantage starting R.Khan.

Thanks for that , too much of a unknown for me at this level whether he can achieve that or not.

Might pass especially given he might only get to play the first 4 games initially anyway.

D Hussain will be an interesting choice if the rumours are true that he is re-signing with the Stars as an OS replacement.

He played one game last season and bowled 1/56 and scored 7 runs for an SC score of 34. So based on that he should be very cheap.

I had a look at how he went in the recent PSL tournament. He actually took 14 wickets from 11 matches which isn’t too bad at all. Looking closer and he was very hit and miss. He took 2 or more wickets in five matches but also went wicketless in five matches too.

7 wickets in the 3 Final games played in November is a even better indicator to his form line.

Yeah good point. Probably only plays the first 3. Might be better off just going with Stanlake who will likely be around the same price.

I think you have 4 other players aside from Rashid Khan that won't be featuring in Round 1.

How much $$$ do you have spare ?

Certainly think you need D'Arcy Short especially with a DGR in Round 2.

Was intending to trade Maxy out after Round 1 , given his form in the 2 LOI so far might seriously have to reconsider my plans and keep him.

Try and find $$$ elsewhere.
