Surely a side strain impacts batting? They all seem to play with it but it has to have some sort of limitation does it not?

tough one here, probably all depends on stoins injury

1. stoinis + gotch/dunk+ christian + weatherald on bench
2. fletcher + tye + bryant + renshaw on bench
3. inglis + hussain + christian + renshaw on bench

Gotch and Dunk struggle to even make the XI IMHO, I'd go Stoinis and a Bryant/Wildermuth type.

need a keeper though

if getting stoin, will not have enough for good keeper, which is why its a hard decision haha

Have a few players now that I didn't want to start but might be the "safer" option

Meredith , Zampa , Faulkner , Coulter-Nile , Christian * / Stanlake , Hussain

Stanlake will more than likely become a $ 42k players once I see teams.

That wouldn't be too bad an outcome .... obviously a walk up starter for AFG and 9 days to get there, prepare and then play seems very generous / reasonable ...

Anyone able to shed some insight on the rough ground sizes for QLD Premier Cricket?
From the highlights I've seen of games, it appears they must be on the smaller side?
Some of the bowling figures are pretty ordinary and I've been wondering for a while now if the grounds these blokes are playing on are tiny, when blokes are getting hundreds off barely 40 balls, and someone like Benny Laughlin goes for almost 40 off 4 overs, questions have to be asked hahaha.

Allan Border Field it seems. Looks like a small ground to me on the highlights too.
