Absolute mare of a round.

It was a lovely five rounds in the top 5.
We will all have a bad round or two Ben, what with weather, bad umpire decisions, outrageous batting idiocy at the wrong times
and pure bad luck. I for one value your insightful comments and in particular your knowledge of the permutations caused by the
weather. You will bounce back and I will probably live to regret that bounce. Stay strong as you are a formidable fantasy opponent.

@50 shades of Wade

their you go : -

Hatzoglou - > Gibson
Short - > Finch

sorted 2 of your Round 8 trades for you

Build your Bank to upgrade Bryant , Khawaja & Milne in Round 9.

I will leave you to work out the Scorchers new prices and BE to target in Round 8.

Outside of Inglis , Jyhe , Roy everyone else should be in your price range.

Good luck
Thanks for the help
I’m not particularly impressed with Finch recently but I need to be different and I’ll go for him

Finch could be a equivalent priced Scorchers/Stars player.

Suggestion is to make 2 cash/value trades in Round 8 to create enough money to then enable all 3 of Bryant , Khawaja & Milne if necessary to be upgraded in Round 9 to Scorchers/Stars

In know Gibson is there to make money not points but jee he’s not in great form
18 then 1 SC points
Feels like he’ll only be there for one round

Is it worth holding onto Nabi for one more round ? With 3 lefties in the strikers line up and nabi is due with both bat and ball and Shaun marsh is not available and Nabi bats at no.4 or no.5? Gades could come out all guns blazing in the next match (hoping for it for quite sometime actually).

OK I think you are completely missing the point of what I am trying to suggest for you.

Gibson is purely a bench player that will provide cover if necessary.

2 trades in Round 8 to create cash

then allows 3 upgrades in Round 9.

Can't explain it any other way.

Its a package deal for my next rd trades to work. I need Dwarshuis and K Richo to get me 320K. What will Dwarshuis need to score tonight against the Scorchers to achieve this?

Pretty sub standard rd for me so far 6/322 (Wilderbeast)

Dwarshuis, Inglis, Philippe, DC & Marsh to all get 75-100 for me tonight.

I'm holding on to him for the short term. He bowled 4 overs and although poo with the bat yesterday, a score of 42 isn't the worst thing in the world. Could have easily been 60+ if he batted sensibly.

Sydney Thunder strike weapon Daniel Sams seems certain to miss his side’s BBL clash against the Hobart Hurricanes on Thursday night, with coach Shane Bond preferring to take a cautious approach with the concussed all-rounder.

Despite Sams’ bowling absence being telling, Bond has no intention to rush him back, particularly with the Thunder well-placed near the top of the ladder with five wins from seven matches.

“He woke up pretty good but you have to be careful with the concussion stuff,” Bond said on Tuesday.

“It’s day by day and you definitely want to take a more conservative approach. We’ll just see how he shapes up over the next few days.

“There’s still a long way to go. We’re only seven games in. We want him to cone back and be fit. We can’t take any chances with the concussion stuff.

“It was a bit of a bummer for him to get knocked out. He’s playing so well.”
