I thought I would kick this thread off early.

What is your starting structure for this season?

My starting structure will likely be:

D: 3-0-5
M: 5-1-5
R: 2-0-1
F: 3-1-4

How would you categorize players across the three categories? Eg do you want to use a particular price range for midpricers?

There are varying opinions on what constitutes a premium vs a mid price but based upon this years starting prices I suggest we run with the following:

Defenders:
Premo $450k plus, Midpricers $230k - $449k, Rookies <$230k

Midfielders:
Premo $490k plus, Midpricers $230k - $489k, Rookies <$230k

Rucks:
Premo $490k plus, Midpricers $230k - $489k, Rookies <$230k

Forwards:
Premo $450k plus, Midpricers $230k - $449k, Rookies <$230k

This may change but one sure thing is that i expect to be very light in the fwd line as i sm not sold on many top priced options wheras i want ALL the defenders

Although I echo @stephen ’s thoughts in the other thread on players like Ziebell, Daniher, BBrown being more premium rookies rather than midpricers. I would see myself as 2-1-5 in the fwd line.

F - 0.5 premium, 4 mid price (counting Daniher/Impey/Ziebell) and rookies.

Struggling to see myself going over 1 premium forward to be honest, just don't see any real starting case for the premiums.
