What's everyone's thoughts on a replacement for caldwell up forward. Was thinking Impey, Daniher, Logan McDonald.

Also would u offload Dom Tyson to Heppell or even Powell or would u stick with him.

They won't be that bad each week and he can go large. Just seems a poor use of the trade unless he gets injured.

Have been dead set on trading Neale since Friday night. Now that I can, just not sure. I have all the main rookies. Have held Dangerfield so thinking that if I hold Neale as well, that even though I am not scoring well at the moment if I hold Neale as well I will be a few trades in front of most come the later rounds. This is of course if Neale and Dangerfield are must haves later?
Advice?

Will be either Sharp or A.Fyfe to Jordan. That's probably all. Would like Impey, but no reasonable way to get him in.
Cripps and Doc are my main premo concerns, but I'm willing to wait and see for a few more weeks there (plus I'm avoiding being the one to open the NTL thread this year).

Nothing wrong with starting the NTL thread, 2019 founder right here. Better to use trades to fix issues than be stuck with duds - I managed 214 points in R2 from my 2 trade ins, I would have scored 78 by benching my two trade outs. 136 extra points in one round - I likely would have brought in the same two players I traded in this round if I had held off for a week anyway.

i haven’t seen much either TBH. Maybe he’s fitter, maybe the new game style suits, not sure. Might be his two biggest scores of the season, might not. Regardless it’s great to see.

hold on unless you’ve nailed all the rookies. If so, maybe a double keeper correction could work well.

Have Neale, Cripps and Fyfe. However rookies come first. Cahill to Charner and Zane Trew to Jordon. Shame to see Trew go. Played his role magnificently rds 1 and 2 allowing Gulden score to get onfield and Gawn VC loop. Well done young man you have a future.

Why Daniher mate?

Surely there are more pressing issues - scoring 73 at the Cattery v Geelong’s strong defence when priced at 233K I thought was a good result?

I'm leaning on keeping him actually, but he's the only player I could downgrade to fund that particular Phillips upgrade.

He's averaging 63 which is ok at 233K, but there's Jordon and Warner averaging 80 for 100K less. Two trades of course though to cash in any profits they would make.

Will probably look harder at letting go of Neale

Have a few options. Only targets would be Jordan, Berry, Walker or Clayton if Danger swapped out. League focus.

1) Butts to Jordan via DPP (Sharp/Kozi D7/8) and Impey to Walker

2) McNeill/Brockman/Fullarton to Jordan + Berry

3) Danger to Walker + Rookie to Jordan

4) Danger to Olivier + rookie to Jordan

Berry ok, lots of tackles, missed a few shots, sounds like Crouch 2-3 weeks away

Berry was ok but not sure there's enough meat on the bone to use a trade, doesn't win much footy, low time on ground suggesting a poor tank and role becomes a concern once Crouch returns also.
