Hi people
I've just started a new management job involving all my spare time. Along with my wife and 4 kids it's giving me absolutely no spare time. So unfortunately to keep everyone happy at home and work I won't have time to run this comp. But we will continue to display weekly high scores who will for our 2022 SCS Dominator League.
Also the Top 18 finishing coaches after Rd 23 will form our 2022 SCS Terminator League.
I hope this ok and I do apologise but life has changed considerably for me.
I'll keep updating weekly winners and Top 18 .
Cheers Tex

Don't stress, this sort of thing happens. Congrats, it sounds like things are going well for you.

I'm happy to take over running this comp if nobody else volunteers, so that we can find out who would have won. I love the concept here, and it is not just because I have had a surprisingly good start this season. I am a bit busy with running the Mid Price Madness comp, my starting teams analysis (yes, this is still coming, it is almost there, just couldn't work on it over Easter unfortunately and it has fallen another round behind), and running eight different fantasy teams at once, trying to keep up with everything involving those sports. Add in work and family commitments of course. At least this one is relatively straightforward to run from here, now Tex has done all the hard work.

If someone else would rather take it on, that would be appreciated, otherwise I can update this tonight for the first set of terminations.

So if it's alright with both of you @Tex and @Ironhawk , I have a fair bit of time on my hands and I could take this over without too much trouble. I just had two questions about small housekeeping type things:
1. In the event one coach wins multiple weeks, does that spot in the Dominator League go to second place in that week, or get carried through to another week?
2. For the main competition is the draw in post #103 meant to be read as a complete draw from top to bottom, or were you planning to re-draw new opponents for the winners after every round?
Neither of these probably make a huge difference but if you had a particular way you wanted to do things I don't want to stray from that.

So here's the first round of results.

Some interesting data points:
Highest round score - @Ironhawk (6760)
Highest losing score - @Herbie66 (6596)
Lowest winning score - @Rowsus (6160)
Largest winning margin - @randomcliche (+631)
Smallest losing margin - @Shannon (-2!) @froffershanners (-7) can also consider themselves hard done by.

I'm still not 100% sure what to do with the draw just yet but I should have something out tomorrow. Best of luck everyone!

(PS. any idea who "Delicious" in the group belongs to? They're not part of the 64 teams signed up but they're perched at the top...)

@Baglimit by golly I've had some rough weeks in SC over the years, I've had weeks with multiple donuts, but your Rn3 2020 is surely up there for winning the 22 player 'Golden Turd'!

FWIW, every single player in your team bar Ryan I've had in one team or another this preseason. Really unlucky sandwich you got on the weekend. Hopefully easter eggs made up 4 it.

TLDR; 5 tonnes, 12<75 inc 5<50 = rubbish weekend.

Recall a new member joining the site last week mentioning they were in the top 10 after RD2 and pretty sure that the above was their team name. If they were not part of the original 64 then @Tex is able to remove them from the group as I have noticed that too often in other formats that people join groups for comps similar to these without even bothering to read a single sentence in the thread and the requirements for entry.

Well, at least I wasn't included in the Rise of the Machines table. Terrible movie.

Bad luck @Goodie's Guns, I think in any other year I have played SC you would have easily beaten me with that score. Looks like you would have won against quite a few others in the group too. Luck of the draw I guess.

Thanks for putting your hand up mate.
Very much appreciated.
I feel terrible tbh that in not finishing what I've started.
