Just a quick check - does the trading quirk where you do one trade before first lockdown, and then trade the player you traded in previously out for someone else in another trade still work without burning that second trade?

eg. If I just traded Dunkley to player A, could I then trade player A to player B tomorrow and still only have one trade used for the round?

Has everyone got rid of Berry already? At M8 for me at the moment, and has been rubbish... Have $420k to upgrade?! Or side to Devo Robbo?!
Rubbish is a bit harsh, his scoring has been reasonable without being spectacular (including couple of missed opportunities to put up a spike score due to poor kicking in ome game and some silly FA's in another), apart from the last game where he was injured. Nicks is a big fan and sees him as part of the midfield going forward, which is all you can ask of a rookie in this year's SC.

Not unreasonable to upgrade him of course, but there have been worse rookies by far and Berry still has cash to make.

With Flynn out again and meek on the bench. Am thinking
Meek > Hickey and push Flynn to bench until he tops out.

Also leaves me 200k for next week

Yeh, sorry, probably more rubbish last 2 weeks. Looked like he played a defensive role both weeks I watched him... Hence the lack of ball?
Hear you... Will see how scores play tonight before deciding...

Don't think it's worth bringing in Hickey at this point given you'll have a spend another trade getting rid of him. Maybe just cop the donut and upgrade to Grundy/Gawn next week?

Suns don't give up points like they used to. Currently ranked 6th behind Bulldogs, Power, Demons, Cats and Swans.
What's the source for that stat? Looks like mids have feasted on them last two games.

Kennedy 42 130+ SC
Parker 36 100+ SC
Mills 34 130+ SC

Dunkley 38 140+ SC
Macrae 35 140+ SC
Bont 33 130+ SC

Having a look back even further midfielders have generally had a good time against them this year. Sheed went bananas, Sloane, Jed Anderson, Ed Curnow - probably season highs for all of those blokes against the Suns.

I'd give it some more merit maybe if the game was at GC, but they're travelling to the G. I's expect to see some big scores from both the pies and suns players this week.

I'm so done with this season. Literally just traded Hickey out about 3 hours ago to avoid the Flynn donut and I now have Neale, Dusty and Ridley riding the bench. To top it all off Campbell getting dropped probably means I'm copping the donut that i was trying to avoid

Fair enough! I'm betting a positional analysis would tell a different story.

Either way the next two weeks really shouldn't be a huge factor in the decision to bring in a premo. Was more an additional bonus from my POV.

I can see the concerns with Sidey! Worth the risk for mine considering what he can do at his best in that pure midfield role.
