Staggers me how Ratts can get so frustrated about the lack of holding the balls call (something outside his control) and glosses over the thing that really lost them the game being their goal kicking (which is within his control).

The apparent apathy to the standard of goal kicking by the coaches across the AFL absolutely staggers me. The equivalent in any other sport, particularly an international sport, would not be tolerated.

Guthrie - Obviously the CD guy had Steele and was playing Guthre  He was absurdly good tonight, ratio seems brutal. He's a genuine premium, think we need to get past the whole taking a decade to break out thing and accept it. Does it all.
After round 3 and trading Cripps out I basically had the pick of the litter, had Guthrie high on my list of targets but ended up going for Ridley. Passing on Guthrie might have been my worst call of the year (including starting Cripps in the first place!)

Just 2/157 last night, treat me better Saturday!

AND MY MANSELL! (in the voice of Gimli)
I think Mansell probably won't cut it sadly (my choice too).

Speaking of cutting...

This sums up the accuracy of BT’s commentary

I am still getting over him questioning what an intercept mark was last week & Hodge having to explain to him.

Just an embarrassment of a tv commentator
BT needs to be sacked immediately.

Watched the Saints last night with an eye on Higgins, who I've had all season, but only because I've been unable to get rid of him. He'd slowly got some SC form the last 2 weeks with a pair of 80s, so I was hopeful that he'd become a guy I could leave for a while. Turns out he's woeful. For 3 quarters he ran away from the ball whenever it came near him. A little better in the last but missed out on potential points due to teammates stuffing up.

He's high on my list of trade outs.

Yet another week with Injuries. No choice but to hold Houston. Just a ridiculous amount of injuries and 50/50 starting selection all wrong. Its a slow slide down the ladder. So its H2H now the focus.

Want to bring in both RCD and Poulter this week.

RCD for Sharp ....Locked

Poulter for Cripps and build the Bank for the run home. Or Poulter for Waterman.

Thinking Cripps might be rested soon(dropped) and waterman just floats as a loop until he gets a few more games.

Don't want to be a negative Nelly but I do think none of those options do much to improve your team, or step towards improving your team. Double down sounds good but should be from fattened cash cows so next week you can double up.

Mids i have Powell Scott Jordon Berry. Could move sharp to Cox in Def Line, allows RCD. Then Berry for Poulter.?
