Played: D Zorko, J Daniher, D Martin, J Short, RCD, T Stewart, P Cripps (VC), S Docherty, J Impey, M Gawn, C Oliver (C), S May, J Jordon, J Rowe, R Sloane, R Laird, C Daniel and J Macrae.
Yet to play: J Kelly, T Taranto, B Grundy and J Ziebell

With the Jones announcement, the Scott to Heeney trade was put on hold for another round and Zorko replaced Farrar. Looped Rowe at F6 with Jordon and RCD the only other rookies onfield. A welcome relief that Captain Oliver put in a wonderful performance, comfortably surpassing the mediocrity from Gawn over the last 3 rounds. Great last quarter from Sloane to salvage another respectable score and Macrae and Laird are dependable as always. A lot of players between the 75-95 range but hopefully the remaining quartet can bring home a 2400 tomorrow. Cerra, Heeney, Ridley, Steele, Mitchell and Madden to come under consideration next round to replace Scott and potentially Rowe/Jordon.

Grundy Boak Merrett Hall Jones Ziebell Ridley H Jones

Duncan concussion at HT meant Oliver C, a slight loss into a win

Will take it! Fingers crossed H Jones scores 60 lol

A number of people took RCD this week as a cash cow. Could do the same with Weightman.
That surprised me given he could be out of the side by the time their Bye comes around.

Dogs have a lot of depth as well , so Weightman needs to keep performing to hold his spot as well.

McCreery is my current F7 so not getting any value out of him if I trade to Weightman (provided McCreery keeps playing)

Have to see how my side is looking at the end of the round and consider my options , looks like Jordon & McNeil's time is up.

Look forward to the Round 11 trade thread.

i had scott on the field over RCD but moved him off to bring on Brayshaw for loophole of oliver. Lucky break. Scott going next week now with Highmore, I need to bring in a D5/6 or move Laird back and get a D6, cannot risk all these rooks down back. Wanted mills but think he is gone, looking at Hardwick Lloyd or bring back daniel but r13 is a disaster at the moment. Hang on to Kosi for another week.

Is Weightman (75 , 98) worth looking to bring in and possible becoming a season long F7 ?

$ 173,700.00 is a awkward price.

Not sure on Madden's long-term JS with 3-5 Lions back around their bye.
He'll have to keep this type of production up to maintain his place. It's a difficult role in a football sense, and more so in a SC sense.

He looks great at the moment and deserves his spot. It's hard to recommend buying as a SC player for a season long keeper. Some merit as a cash cow.

Didn't realise this was a dig at the umpries making mistakes. Luckily, players don't make mistakes to the degrees umpires do. Could you imagine if that was the case.
Sorry @KLo30 that is my warped sense of humour at play. Can be misleading when you post things so I tend to keep it under wraps usually. However when the ump missed a fairly clear push in the back it got the better of me.

Lots to think about again , will depend on the new BE for Jordon , McNeil & Warner and whether I go up or down.

Rowe looks safe for a few more rounds.

Have Fullarton sitting at F8 doing nothing (waiting to move to R3) when I trade Flynn out but now Reeves could even be a viable rookie depending on his next score.

McCreery - > Weightman doesn't give me much $$$ wise.

Will need to have a good look at Brisbane's injury list to see if Madden is worth bringing in.

I was watching two AFL and one NRL game, (kind of) at the same time, tonight, on split screen. Each free kick, paid or not, effects the game. None more so than the other. It's the perspective of the game's win-ability which skews our significance of the decision at the time.

If the Adelaide handball towards the boundary/teammate had have sat on it's end just once, it would have paused and let the players get near it and caused little controversy.

I'm a lot over people blaming umpires, especially on this forum. If we didn't have members complaining on every decision. we could have a reasonable discussion on each decisions merits. However, we allow in moment comment, which is not conducive rational discussion.

I've probably just used your statement @Manikato1 to make a whole website point, so I apologize. Our relationship is a solid.

Anyone have a rough estimate on Cerra's new price

Cheers
His BE was 154.
By my calcs he would be about $409k next week, then his injury 15 will roll out the week after and he'll jump back to this week's price if he scores another 100.

I've had him in my sights since his injury, how did everyone find out about him?? :ROFLMAO:
