2688 (Darcy). Reversed a CCJ trade to be able to make him my captain loophole with Darcy and took Brockman's 60 as F6. Got hit with Whitfield's 32, but really can't complain with how the round ended up when 17 players ton up and you get a captain score of 366.

Not me.
He's had his spike year, the Coaches have the whole summer to negate these accumulating half backers. I'd be surprised if he can match this years efforts next season. Plus I don't want to pay $600k for a Def, near 32yo, coming of a very high career high!
I'll take reasons I wrongly didn't start Boyd or Simpson multiple times for $400 please

Hall the one who interests me more, he's underpriced from the first month in other positions and his injury but Ziebell has to be in the equation at the very least.

Negative is I think the Kangas will be a better side next year as some of their very talented kids continue to improve which means less supply and also less tempo control needed. Not dissimilar to how Lloyd has suffered this year as a result of very similar after the Swans were pretty awful the past couple of years.

2621. Personal best for me so i should be happy (which i am) but still slightly annoyed at quite a few "premiums" (who actually aren't). Ie: Greene, Sidebottom, TT, and more annoyed at genuine premiums who just didnt get near it ie: Lyons (forgiven as he has been excellent generally) and Dusty (almost moved to 'never again' status).

2587 (Grundy) - happy with the score, except I lost 2 important league matches due to disappointing scores from Whitfield and stupid second gamer Sidebottom 😒

Sidebottom is injured. won't score better until this gets sorted I imagine.
Like Pendles earlier in the season, who played through and is now scoring/playing better.

The top 6 teams on the ladder look pretty set. They are two games clear and big percentage advantage over 7th-12th.
I did a quick, not thought through and biased ladder prediction earlier. The main take away is that the top 6 were streets ahead. The swans have really pulled it together in the last few weeks.

They won't end up with Pick 1.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, I can't see my boys getting close to winning another this year.
Have been saying it all year, that with a fit again Cunnington, and a few experienced heads back into that NTH side like Tarrant and Dumont that they would start to become much more competitive and give some teams a serious shake up. Great to see the young blokes coming on as well, Phillips starting to get the pace of the game, Curtis Taylor hitting a bit fo the form that he had early last year, McKay doing jobs weekly, Zurhaar and Larkey huge the last six weeks. It's good to see, it's good for footy.
Defensive stocks are like medic, medic! Apart from the their pressure has been spot on. Skill levels on a number developing. If they defence stops needing a medic I think we stay in front (or behind on the #1 pick). Just.

2527 - Merrett

Down week  Two of my biggest PODs in Hawkins (70) and Cumming (75) not firing hurt, but I feel it's the players I don't have that are hurting me more. No Steele, Miller, Hall, Short or Lloyd. It's alright when my PODs hit a few big scores but when they can't match it with the big guns I'm missing, I'm going to drop ranks.

EDIT: Whitfield also no doubt a significant factor. Less so in the top 100 (owned by 81 teams) but it certainly hurts.
