A bit old and injury prone for my liking though? Lloyd, Stewart, and Short seem safer, while Whitfield is a bit cheaper and younger.
Whitfield on track to be a MID only I'm pretty sure. Can't recall exactly where I saw it, whether it was in that projected positions article that came out a month or so ago, or on the AFL Player Ratings twitter page, but can't exactly remember. But yeah, MID only likely at this stage for him.

Yup there is risk in it for being 10+ points underpriced.
Will lose a few of the top this year but gain a few in Hind, Heppell, Ziebell, Hall, Dale. Hall could be 15+ on average over some of those.
We will be left with a few ageing/injury prone defenders next year, once Laird, Mills, Whitfield, Crisp move to the midfield.

Ah yep that makes sense, he's been playing more wing. Ridley and Ryan are also super solid options, while a little injury prone.

Sam Walsh would have to be a lock for the next 7 or 8 years now one would think.

Jack Steele at 26 yo next year its hard atm to not see him averaging in the 120s again next year too.

Then adding Jack Macrae and maybe the Bont again; think I may already have the nucleus of next years team sorted already!

Would Preuss be given a discount? And if so will it be so that hes roughly rookie price?

Dawson is building nicely in the second half of the season. Has been pretty consistent since the bye with 6 over 94, with 5 tons and a high of 141.

DeGoey is going to tempt a lot of people if he's a forward under $500k. Is he ready (and able) to finally play a full season, be in the guts and realise his potential?

And will fear of the unknown mean we all pick Walsh and Macrae when Miller and Lyons could outscore them? (Ideally you want them all by the end).

Bargain options for next year (price predictions based on 30% discounts for players who played zero games, and 20% if played 1 to 5):

M Crouch, priced @ ~77 - lock
Sicily, priced @ ~73 - lock
Gunston, priced @ ~66 - pass
Witts, priced @ ~70 - pass
Rowell, priced @ 62 - yes if fit
Preuss, priced @ ~40 - pass unless there is a bench option with very good JS, Mumford is retired, and Flynn is injured

Please add anyone I've forgotten!
